Best of the best. I have tried many hotel in Mumbai but Goldfinch is one of a kind. The staff behavior is outstanding and they will make you feel like a king. Great breakfast and hospitality. They gave me one hour extra for late check out and my kids breakfast for free. One thing if you don’t like small room eta away, rooms are small but the quality and cleanliness is outstanding.

Good location very friendly staff”
On arrival checking in was made very easy. We were recovering from a long journey from Pune in heavy traffic. Check was very quick for two adults two kids. The Manager also upgrade our room from executive to suite. If I hadn't been so tired I would have thanked him better. The bed was maybe a little on the soft side but once we went to sleep we slept through with the curtains drawn till 8AM so if we slept that well can't complain. Breakfast was served about a hundred metres away down a side road. The hotel seems to have two buildings one for the restaurant and one for rooms. But they provided umbrellas and once we got to the breakfast room (included in bill) it was the standard luxury buffet meal that hotels provided. One staff member was also happy to watch over the children make sure they didn't wander too far while we finished the meal. All in all a lovely experience great value for money and within thirty minutes of the two people we wanted to visit. Would definitely stay here again.

I had traveled with my wife and 1 infant. The hotel and the staff was extremely good , the services are excellent.. They know what hospitality is . I don't have any single issue during my trip. Food , staff behavior was extremely good . I loved the way when guards at the gate always smile and greet. Even having an Infant, I need Milk and fruits, they provided me even at odd hours and fast service. Also I don't know the names of the staff , but Mr Rajesh at the front desk , very good in his job and provides smooth check in. I really want to meet him when I check out, however he was not on duty at that time.. Also need to mention buffet breakfast was fab and delicious and numerous veg options. Superb hotel in Andheri ”
Superb hotel. Right beside the MIDC Main Road. Hotel staffs are so courteous and helpful. Very smooth check-in and check-out. Facilities are all top notch. Only negative thing we found is that the floors get wet. No idea for what reasons, is it because of the A.C. or not but after spending some time in the room the floor started to get wet and water droplets were quite visible. Other than this it's a superb hotel to stay in.
