I have booked this hotel for friends and the feedback given to me was great. Staff are very friendly and helpful, the room is clean. Location is super conveniently close to the heart of Surabaya. I have booked the apartment type room and upon arrival my friends were being upgraded to the junior suite room. There was a minor understanding regarding breakfast where my friends were charged for it although the rate I’ve booked have breakfast included. However, this issue was quickly resolved by the staff in the reception.

Affordable price in the heart of the city”
Staying in this hotel for two nights was great experience. Even though my standard room is not spacious but it was enough for solo traveler like me. My room has a city views which was so nice to see the city scene from my bed at day or night. The location was in the heart of the city, close to tunjungan street where you can find many cafes and street foods there, also the historical hotel yamato or oranje. Alun-alun kota, the center of arts, it was also walking distance from this hotel. For breakfast, it was a buffet style and the taste is fine with me. Various foods and drinks as well as snack and dessert are provided in the table. This hotel also has swimming pool and rooftop but I don't have chance to try it, maybe next time! Struggles to park”
Location is amazingly convenient, close to every necessary tourist spots in Surabaya. The hotel itself is good enough in terms of the facilities. Staffs was great, I had a trouble with my access card and I almost got stuck at the 7th floor, but then thankfully I met a cleaning personnel, and he helped me by calling the technician, soon they changed my access card quickly, problem solved. Though, I would love if some of other hotel personnel does not use some certain jokes to customers, especially women. Other struggle is for parking spots on weekends. We had to wait for 10 minutes to find and move the car from outside (the hotel) parking spots.

The staff was good, the service good, the facility good, breakfast quiet complete, they serve porridge, indonesian dishes, bread, cereals, traditional food, pudding, cake, salad & fruit.
