Dissatisfy with the management
I could not stay in this hotel although my booking was confirmed in April as you know. When I arrived, they said the hotel was full and I was rearranged from this 3 stars hotel to a 1 star Silver Star which was also under their management. They explained this internal arrangement was not open to you, i.e. you keep on booking clients to this hotel even though it was full, then they will rearrange their stay to another hotel under their own management, disregard the clients wish. I felt I was being cheated. Please look into this issue if you don't want to dissatisfy your client

Good hotel
hotel quests very noisy at night with no control over their children who roam the floors and play in the lifts all the time. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful and i will recommend it to my friends because of the good location.

I was not happy with one of the cleaners named Nombulelelo who cleaned our room 322 on 01 01 2016. She literally failed to replace or provide bath-room towels and toilet rolls. We had to request for both at about 10:50 PM via the reception as we had absolutely nothing in the room. I was also not impressed with the reception staff because the phone rang without being answered. I ended up having to take a lift and go and find out whether the guys were on duty. To my surprise, the were all outside the Hotel Lobby looking at the passer-by people. They ultimately sent the security guy to drop of the towels and and toilet rolls in my room. The whole experience clearly shows that some of your staff lack professionalism and people's skills. Just a suggestion, the Hotel needs urgent renovation just like your competitors in your neighboring area. Regards Unhappy Guest

I loved my stay and everything was in order and felt like home when I was there because of the staff that welcomed us when we got there. the carpets in the bedroom we where it was that clean it had stains but besides that I loved our stay and definitely will come there next time around.
