The rooms provided are not as shown on the website. There is no air-conditioning as stated, using a ceiling fan. The balcony is very dirty with wasted stuff.

At first i go to the wrong hotel. There were 2 good hope hotel at very close locatio ..the other 1 is goodhope hotel kelana jaya, the one i am staying is at kelana mall. I choose this hotel because it was very near to stadium mbpj. I have half marathon the next day. Hotel is clean, but room too small, water heater not functioning. Very close to ahopping mall. Giant and paradigm mall.

We need a room just for a night to rest after travelling from Spore to Malacca for a wedding.And to continue our next destination the next day.The room and toilet were too small for us hardly to move around.For shopping lover no problem its just a few away from the hotel.

Confusing name”
We stayed for a night only,thank goodness.This hotel is located in a shopping mall,but the car park entrance is difficult to find as the streets are all one way This shopping mall has seen better days and is very quiet. Luckily the room and bedding is reasonably clean. On the plus side the staff is quite friendly.However I feel uncomfortable with the security and cleanliness in the area.There were lots of rubbish in the draind.

In fact, the parking fee is free. When I going to leave the hotel, I was being tell to paid for the parking fee. The hotel staff is telling me just showing the access card then I no need to paid for the parking fee. However, when I want to leave the parking, the guard of the parking insist me to paid off RM25. It is really annoying and wasting my time listen to their excuse. Somemore, when I entering the room, the power of the room cannot on. Try many times still cannot. We try to seek help from the hotel staff but nobody to attend.

แปลกอยู่ซักหน่อยตรงที่โรงแรมอยู่ในศูนย์การค้า มีหน้าต่างแต่เปิดม่านก็เจอคนเดินผ่านหน้าต่างใกล้แทบประชิด เลยปิดไว้ดีกว่า บริเวณโดยรอบมีร้านอาหาร ซักผ้าหยอดเหรียญ ซุปเปอร์มาร์เก็ต มีห้างใกล้ ๆ หลายห้าง พนักงานพูดภาษาอังกฤษได้ไม่เยอะ เลยดูเงียบ ๆ แต่จริง ๆ แล้วอัธยาศัยดี ห้องเล็กมาก ขยับไปไหนไม่ค่อยได้ แต่ก็สะอาดดีครับ
