地下鉄:谷町線駅までホテルからすぐ。難波など繁華街にも近く、立地もすごく便利なところ。 また、室内には洗濯機があり、子連れには大助かり！ また、調理器具もあるので、外食ばかりでなく自炊も可能なところが気に入りリピートさせてもらってます！

チェックインの案内”

ホテルからのチェックインの案内が来なかった。ホテル側の方と話したが、システム上の不具合の可能性あり。 ホテル側の方は送信内容を見せてくれたが自分の端末には届いていなかった為、チェックイン方法がわからず危うくホテルを取り直さないといけない状態だった。 せめてホテルの紹介欄に電話番号だけでも載せていて欲しい
