warmth and friendly staff”
I was staying in this hotel from 4th Mar 2016 until Tuesday (8th March 2016). From the time you step into the entrance, front desk, restaurant and the spa, everyone is so friendly and helpful that they really make you feel like home. At the front desk, this lady name Cherry is so friendly and helpful that she makes sure the hotel provides me what I'm requested immediately. They even upgraded me to the royal deluxe room at FOC. She even went extra mile to bring a group of China tourists to dinner before heading home on her own although she is not the tour guide. One of the young waitress name Thanh from the restaurant even came to me and ask me why i didn't go and take up my food but just only drinking coffee instead. It's that small gesture that makes me feel warmth and comfortable. Next time if i will to visit Danang, i will choose to stay in Gopatel & spa hotel again, not to mention that the price is really worth the value.

Spacious room and value for money”
The room is spacious and has a great view where we could see the dragon bridge from where we were. The hotel is about 10 min away from the airport and easily accessible via taxi. I would strongly recommend Gopatel Hotel and Spa to anyone who intends to visit Da Nang.

Impressive and wonderful stay”
Staff upgraded us from superior room to deluxe room when I complained it too small for 2 lugguages placing. We were trapped in the lift for 3 minutes on the 1st day we arrived. Electricity supply is not steady due to new. However, all the disadvantages were covered by the friendly, sincere and helpful staff. They compensated us with 2 free drinks for being trapped in lift, and paid us back the taxi fare as they oversighted our request to pick us up at the airport in the email. Bell boy brought us to buy top-up card for mobile phone. Staff arranged vehicle to convey us to airport upon leaving. We stayed 6 nights thereat and joined the tour to Hue. We hired the hotel's vehicle and taxi to Marble mountains and My Son Sanctuary & Hoi An respectively. We had taken trice spa treatment at a spa which is just opposite to the hotel. An impressive and wonderful trip in Da Nang, Vietnam.

Perfect place to relax!”
We enjoyed our stay in Gopatel. On the 18th floor there was a nice swimming pool to relax. The Da Nang market is about 15 minutes to walk. Beach was not close by though. Instead of taking a taxi, we walked to the beach and took us 40 minutes. Since we like walking and checking out, it was not a problem. The room is very spacious, AC worked great, has a fast WIFI. Staffs are friendly. We really enjoyed staying there and will definitely come back.

My first visit to DaNang and the first stay hotel, The Gopatel Hotel & Spa, It is a comfortable and good location hotel, it take only 5 minutes walk to riverfront, Han river and Han market. This is the best city in Vietnam to visit”
Gopatel customer care goes just that little bit further, they provided a free car to pick me up and drop me back to the airport when I check out the airport and when I checked out. Staff attentiveness is very good I needed a little advice/information on a business deal I was doing speaking to the waiter trying to get area background information he introduced me to their business manager who was very helpful. In conclusion it is a very good hotel with little extras like pressing your shirt no charge. I will be coming back to Danang on business and will definitely be staying at this hotel. This is a step back in time where the customer comes first best regards Bill Williamson

Excellent. I couldn't ask for anything more. The room was great, nice view, very comfortable and reasonably priced. As I stated earlier the staff went a I've and beyond. I will stay at Gopatel anytime I am in Da Nang and would certainly recommend it.

Highly recommended for Danang stay ”
We stayed with a group of friends and had unforgettable experiences at the hotel. The hotel is super clean and located at the central of the city, convenience to walk to all major spots: Han river, Dragon bridge, Han market, Cham museum, My Khe beach ...The staffs was friendly, very helpful. Hotel even offer full service tour booking for us to Bana hills and Hoi An at a very affordable price. Thank you Gopatel and definitely come back.

Wonderful hotel”
This is the 2nd time i travelled to danang, vietnam and also the 2nd time staying in gopatel. As usual, this hotel has never failed to impress me with their hospitality, friendliness and helpfulness. Most wonderful of all, the staff can still remember me although this is the 2nd stay in this hotel after a one year gap. The room is spacious and clean and the breakfast served is reasonably good too. I will come back again if I'm coming to Danang.

Fantastic experience”
Arrived very early in the morning, staff made an effort to get us into a room earlier than the check in time at no cost. All staff were extremely attentive and eager to help. Room was enormous and included a free 30 minute massage each day, which was fantastic! The pool is not heated so was too cold for my liking, however the weather wasn't great at the time. Tours organised through the hotel were really good with excellent guides and drivers. Breakfast was huge, with staff constantly refilling plates/trays that were finished. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and will be back here if ever n da nang again!

Nice pool!”
My wife and I enjoyed our night at Gopatel. We rented a motorcycle from the hotel and drove around the city and visited famous sights. The buffet breakfast choices were not huge but enough to fill you until lunch. My wife had her iced coffee and I had my hot coffee with regular milk. We swam a few times at the pool and enjoyed the swimming. The location is in the city close to everything but we recommend to rent a motorcycle.

Central location with friendly staff”
The hotel was newly opened and it seemed like my friends and I were one of the rare international tourists. Staff were welcoming with the check in procedures and were very sincere and helpful to ensure we settled in nicely. They were able to suggest places for us to visit, and things for us to do around the city given our limited time in Da Nang. Bicycles were provided free of charge to us, to tour the area which was an enjoyable experience. The rooms were clean and spacious, and breakfast in the morning was delightful. I enjoyed the stay very much.

Thought it would be the worst hotel of our holiday but ended up the best”
We arrived hours before check in time but they found us a room as quickly as possible plus while we were waiting gave us our free spa vouchers (part of our booking deal) to use while we were waiting to help pass the time. Upgraded us to a room with supersize bed and a view of the dragon bridge. Pool was really nice - undercover and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. They made up for the awful hotel we stayed at the previous 4 nights and gave me hope that my 50th birthday celebration wasn't going to continue being an awful nightmare. I would stay there again.

Very nice hotel in Da Nang which is centrally located. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel amenities are great, we enjoyed pool and gym area quite a bit. Buffet breakfast was great every single day. View from a rooftop lets you see a whole city. Beaches are nearby with lot of restaurants offering excellent choice of seafood.

Great new place in Danang”
This is the best hotel with greatest value. The hotel has everything for our group: bar, swimming pool, karaoke, spa ... The hotel is brand new, and super clean. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. They have a booking desk with providing best tour around at a good price. I would recommend this hotel if you want to be in the central of the city in a quite area. Integrity and sincere”
They return my money which I left in the room . The hotel contacted me after I reached home. The front desk staff speak pretty good English and friendly too. The bathroom has no standing shower. The Spa services are good but 50% discount is a gimmick. The tips are VND200k for each service offered. I asked for an oil massage and a foot massage so I paid additional VND400k for the tips. Well if you like the services just pay. Overall the place is clean though most of the bathrooms' windows can't be closed shut. Local food restaurants within walking distance. Ride hailing services are available. Golden dragon bridge just a km away.

An ideal place as a couple for when you arrive in Da Nang. Clean and spacious rooms (we had the luck we were up-graded), nice Spa and good and various breakfast. Not a place to stay all week but perfect to relax after travelling.

Complementary Airport shuttle did not arrived. Hotel email given by Agoda dont work. Took cab instead. nearby and convenient. Children stayed free with existing bedding. Eat breakfast free too. Breakfast spread is considered good given the price paid for room rate. There is a Mandarin speaking staff, Anh, around. Can ask for her if you have problem communicating English or Viet. Money exchange service available at hotel, only USD. Local eateries nearby the hotel, open till late night. 10 min walk to Han riverfront, 15 ming walk to Han market, 25 min walk to Big C and Con Market. Tien Sa co. Cabs readily available outside the hotel.
