Nice on the outside”
Looks nice in the picture but the place is undergoing renovation and there are workers and the smell of paint everywhere. My room was like sauna and I couldn't turn down the temperature. Ended up having to open all the windows to get a reasonable temperature. Finally the foreign staff on reception were not very helpful when it came to getting the WiFi password. Insisted it wasn't required and that perhaps I didn't know what I was doing.

The Wedding”
Staff, Gounds & Food
Was quite nice. The staff were helpful. The Room we stayed in Number 40 could do with a lick of paint. We looked at a premium room whilst we were there and if I had known the difference in quality and size I would have paid extra.

Quiet, Tired & disappointing room”
Despite it being a quiet weekend, we were disappointed to be given a very small room with tired furniture in the Annex where the opening the shutting of doors constantly disturbed you. The bed however with very comfortable. Had an enjoyable meal in the bar however the Ladies toilets were both out of use and you had to go across the courtyard (fortunately it wasn't raining) to use other loos In the Annexe only to find them both very dirty. Lovely grounds and the staff very pleasant. Would have been nice to have been told on arrival about the lovely drinks cupboard (with great Latte's) free for guests in the lounge. Breakfast was basic (no real fruit) but adequate for the price we paid. Great location near to Woking.

Lovely 3 star hotel”
Nice and quiet. Lovely grounds and nice rooms
Very enjoyable stay once we got over the very poor meet and greet at reception. After a long journey it would have been nice to have had a warm welcome. However the rest of the staff were lovely.

Comfortable rooms and helpful staff”
Comfortable and quiet
Comfortable rooms. Good mix of TV channels, although the addition of Sky One would be welcome. Nice bar with a good quality menu in addition to the a'la carte restaurant. I recommend the brownie!

Nice enough hotel, helpful staff, basic rooms”
Lovely bathrooms
Breakfast a little limited if you want a more healthy option such as fruit. TV rather annoying - has some sky/freeview channels but also don't seem to have the basic 5 channels!

Cramped rooms with oversized toilets”
The landscape and the facilities such as the tennis court.
Horrid Stay at this hotel. The Room was cramped with a wardrobe that opened over the bed with almost no space to walk around the bed on one side. The wifi was poor, so much so that I abandoned its use, even though we were almost adjacent to the reception and the slow speed was not down to the distance from the router. Next, there was the incessant noise in the night. Due to the wafer thin walls and doors, I spent most of the night listening to some lowlife banging doors. I waited a while and thankfully the freak settled down. Although it did not make for a good night's sleep. Considering this hotel caters mostly for business folk, I found it hard to comprehend how anyone would have got any sleep that night for an early start the next morning. Finally, the cheek of the staff surprised me, on the morning of the checkout I went to settle the bill for the stay and the gentleman at reception had already added breakfast for two on to without even enquiring if I was planning to stay on for breakfast (which I was not). Now this may simply have been to make his own life easier whilst preparing bills in advance for other people. I found it quite cheeky, considering if I hadn't noticed the charge on my bill, I may well have paid it first then had to enquire about the inflated price.
