My partner and I spend 6 days at Gowanus and we enjoyed ourselves with no complaints! First and foremost, the desk staff is very friendly and gives great customer service, which is the first thing I noticed. The BEST part about this hotel is the location. It is right by the subway station which is extremely convenient. Being Texans, we are used to a certain amount of space and I will say the rooms are small but that’s just NY. Regardless, the beds, pillows and linens are sooooo comfy!!! Finally, this hotel thrives on minimalism which is a breath of fresh air in the big city. Thanks again for making our stay that much better! We felt like true New Yorkers.

Hotels a great location and Brooklyn write on the R line to the city. As soon as the coffee shop opens next door it will be complete. Rooms are small but worth the price I paid $99

The staff at this location are thieves.”
My companion was wrongfully accused of smoking in our room which was a complete lie. The front desk staff stated that there were complaints all night of smoke but we did not check in until 1:30 am. I was denied my $100 security deposit and told never to return. Therefore no I would never recommend a hotel that racially profiles and make false accusations against their customers only to steal there hard earned money.

Comfortable bed and nice room”
Small little room with comfortable bed. A bit hard to find the entrance at night. It was painted darkblue and the light wasn't so bright. When our car passed by, we didn't see the entrance until there was a couple came in. They pull the door then we realized it is the entrance. Staff is very nice and helpful. Shower needs adjustment for hot and cold. It could turn super hot and super cold just with one turn. Other than that, everything is okay.

Everything was really nice! Will be even better if they can make the rule of no smoking of any kind more strict so there will be no after smell inside the room. The staffs are also very friendly, most of them do. Only one person that is not very friendly but may be she is just tired. Overall our experiences staying here is really nice

They provide Microwave but not basic utensils to heat up food. Do not expect travelers to carry utensils with them. Provide some basic utensils to heat up. Would like to add that I am a vegan, and as such keep separate utensils for people who eat beef/meat.

It awfully expensive for room size and facilities. It has no security guard and I faced a situation with woman crying and shouting and nobody came to check from lobby. No phone in the room to call lobby for emergency. Hotel Management is a completely clueless about their hotel issues. Worst place, DO NOT STAY there please!

subwayのUnionStから徒歩１分 マンハッタンの中心部に行くために２０分程度要しますがsubwayに乗っちゃえば近いのでロケーションは悪くないと思います、近くに食堂があるにはあるのですがなんというか偏っていてスーパーで買い物してという感じです。部屋は清潔居心地は良いのですが６泊したのにシャンプー等のアメニティは初日のまま補充されません、フロントにお願いしたけど結局補充されませんでした。あと、歯磨きの際に使う程度のコップもありません、一体どうしろというのでしょう？ 宿のスタッフはフレンドリーで対応はいいです、それゆえにアメニティの追加等対応してもらえない謎が残ります。宿そのものはいいのですが何かアンバランスな感じです。
