Affordable stay in Taguig City”
Conveniently located at the Grace mall in Taguig City. Room was clean, but there were many small cockroaches roaming around in the kitchen and bathroom, especially at night time. Safe, comfortable location.

5day business travel with my husband ”
I chose grace because it knew it. We have units back 5 years ago, so we know the facility and the stay are very good and safe however… staying in grace tower 2 for 5days is very stressful, why we got limited internet access, that we very need for client abroad. There are many coaches all over the unit…. And VERY EXPENSIVE PARKING. The Owner is accommodating my message however, she should put a very good internet if shes claims there’s is free wifi. Not all of the people have light or heavy internet users. Or put on the details thats its only prepaid internet. So heavy user like us can set our expectations. And grace codo. Is congested area for data, mostly you will experience internet delay.

good nice facility looks new, nice pool, full kitchen was good, bed nice, shower good hot water and water pressure, lot of storage space, balcony was very nice good size and has views of the city. If you smoke it was allowed on the balcony. bad when to check in and went to the front desk and they didn't know anything about my reservation. I showed my reservation and room # they still didn't know anything. called the agent amd they said the door is open when up and the door was locked call again and said look for a red ribbon under the door yes there was and I got in. the pool was nice and big but you have to sign in and the employee seem not to happy and ask a bunch of questions even when I showed the resident card. there was an mall next door but the had only a few businesses open but had about 6 eating places. the ugly can oly catch a tricycle or taxi need to go to a major mall to get a jeepney or van

It would have been better if wifi connection is working as data subscription (smart and globe) is not good especially inside the unit. Also it would have been better if pool access is included as I was informd late that there was a fee/head for using the pool.

Not sure how this condo has such a high rating. Seems cheap for a new condo but definitely disappointed with our 5 nights stay. Kitchen provided but not even a small rice cooker was available. The pair of towels and blankets provided were ultra thin. WiFi provided was prepaid and ran out of credit twice and had to ask for reload. Location was not good. No toiletries were provided other than a roll of toilet paper for 5 nights stay and an empty liquid soap dispenser. No cleaning was provided during our stay because it cost 500p per cleaning service. Parking cost 500p daily. Swimming for guests cost 150p per person daily. The gym is not available to guests. The bed was uncomfortable with an undersized bed sheet for the bed mattress. Crockery and cutlery supplied was limited. Microwave supplied but no separate power outlet behind refrigerator for it. There was not even initial drinking water or coffee. We even had to pay for rubbish bin liners. Not sure how Agoda can list this for rent

Overall we have a good feedback with all our previous guest, as much as possible we provide their request as much as we can. Rice cooker was already provided now, we are so sorry for the rice cooker it was not available during your stay, you were staying in a nice, safe and clean Condominium but you didnt see it instead you give so much complain and demands for more. Everything has a cost here everywhere here in BGC , Expecting for 1,XXX pesos per day you want to clean your unit during your stay of course you need to pay, How i wish you go in a Hotel to provide all your request, you are in a Condominium renting the place for short term is like renting a House to provide all your needs. Previously in our ads we mention that Amenities was not included but now we include some amenities like swimming pool,. I hope someday if you find to rent another places learned how to disposed your garbage in a proper places and the unit was smell bad during your stay. Stressful Guest

Parking space is too expensive in grace mall, owner of the unit didn't inform us when I asked her thru email about it , although I asked her about it. We ended up paying 750 pesos / day. We could have made changes like not bringing in our car etc..m
