Baw Baw, your private cottage features a cosy wood fireplace, a patio and BBQ facilities. Home to a working deer farm, the property is only 5 minutes' drive from the Neerim South township. Gracefield Estate is situated in the Gippsland region, beside the Neerim State Forest where you can enjoy bush walking and horse riding. Tarago Dam, Toorongo Falls, local wineries, and the Alpine Trout Farm are all just a short drive away. You can enjoy the privacy and tranquility in either the 2-bedroom cottage or the 3-bedroom luxury farmhouse. Guests enjoy farm fresh breakfast provisions upon arrival and tea and coffee supplies.

The location is amazing. Breathtaking views. The breakfast provided and platters was very generous. The kids loved feeding the cows and deer. The farmhands were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be returning.

Stylish, family-friendly farm stay with all the creature comforts and plenty of privacy”

The booking staff that were in regular contact after we initially booked (Belinda) plus the property manager (Pawel) who was absolutely wonderful and took us around the farm to see the animals. He was beautifully kind, informative and was always around when we needed him (bring chook food and more firewood) and let us really feel like we had R&amp;R time. The homestead itself was modern but cosy and comfortable with wonderful bathrooms and bedrooms as well as a stylish living area. Outside in the garden we had a beautiful unobstructed view of the deer and sheep paddocks and access to go and feed the chickens and give them a cuddle (plus veggie&#47;herb picking). We have a young son (1.5 years old) and he could have free range of the outside area because it was all fenced without obstructing the view. We felt safe and comfortable at all times. Outdoors is a fire pit that your can cook on and sit around and there are multiple picnic tables in the expansive backyard. Can’t say enough positive things about Gracefield Estate and its lovely staff. We will be back!
Absolutely nothing. This is now one of our most treasured memories together as a family. We’ll bring down our Google Chromecast next time so we can watch Netflix&#47;Stan on the TV at night (but we didn’t miss this at all on our stay)

Cute cottage, wonderful area, great experience”

Great breakfast, meant to only be for one morning but there was plenty for our whole stay (4 night). The farm manager went above and beyond to show us around the farm and give my kids a great experience. He was more than happy to answer my many questions too.
Parking could have been better, and a bit more seating outside to enjoy the outdoors while eating&#47;relaxing in the cottage would be nice.

Perfect holiday surrounded by nature in a beautiful home with a warm friendly delightful host.”

Pawel is the most welcoming, accommodating but unobtrusive host. We loved being immersed in nature, surrounded by birds and the stunning herd of deer. The children loved the rides around the farm visiting the animals. The holiday was a perfect balance of fun and relaxation. There is a well equipped kitchen and beautifully furnished home that is cosy with the log fires. The outdoor fire pit is also very special.
Just to be aware that due to not using chemicals in the outdoor spa, it does become less inviting after a few days. It was gorgeous for the first few days though. (We stayed for a week.)

We love space and privacy the host provided. Very beautiful home, gorgeous views and peaceful. We love that we were surrounded by farm animals and colorful birds. We also love the veg. garden and chicken house, right next door.
Unfortunately, our bedroom (queen)&#39;s heater didn&#39;t work probably, so it was cold in ours but rather hot in others. Might be a good idea to let the guests know that we have to cook our own breakfast, and some price list of certain things that are not included, similarly to hotel&#39;s minibar list.

The best of Neerim South”

Pawal showed us wonderful hospitality and ensured our stayed was comfortable and enjoyable. Staying at a working farm and seeing the animals in action really added to our experience. Very comfortable and very clean. We will definitely be back.
