Short solo stay for sightseeing and footballmatch”

I had a pleasant experience, mainly to the easy access, simple and basic atmosphere. I slept in a 10 person dorm with a lot of turnover in 5 days, because of russian holidays. Russians were very friendly but due to the lack of the english language, not of communication was done. Still for some one who wishes to be on his own or with his friend and wonder around the city on your own schedule, the easiness of this hostel is very pleasant. St. Petersburg, like Moscow, is very expensive for budget travelers and this hostel provides a cheap solution with good service.

- Staffs are nice! and willing to provide assistant if needed. - Great location which just 1-2 mins walk to the metro station & St.Petersburg Train Station (Highly recommend to stay here IF you go for a Trans-Siberian Trip) - Also very close to bus station! - The facilities there are super lovely, saying common area, kitchen, etc. - Hostel staff will clean the bathroom & washroom every morning which is good.

The location is perfect with metro and a shopping mall nearby. The rooms are clean and the price is reasonable.

Best hostel in location, service and facilities”

We are very pleased in staying here, everything is great although it was difficult to reach higher floor with big luggage. Pantry/kitchen and dining room are spacious and in clean condition and well equipped. Shower and toilets are communal but they're clean.

the hostel is new, but the rooms are very small”

The staffs are not helpful. They cannot even provide basic info about travelling in St. Peterburgs.In addition, the rooms are extremely small. It's one of the smallest hostel room that I have ever seen. If you get the upper bed, your locker is hung in midair, which means you cannot put your suitcase inside the locker. What's worse is that my lock doesnt work. PLS remember to ask for a lower bed. Otherwise, it'd be very inconvenient.

I paid for one bed space in a double room but I had the entire room to myself since no one booked the other bed during the 2 days I was there. The only downside was that the room faced Ligovsky Prospekt, a busy road, and there was traffic noise all night.

The double decked bed is a bit small for people who are tall though. Overall the room is clean, the bathroom is cleaned. Staff is helpful. No complaints. Location is near to metro as well. Less than 5 min walk.

Noisy but location is good”

Very noisy environment no matter from the window or outside the door, you can hear people walk outside (even the floor will be shaken)and talk. The room is tiny. But the location is very convenient to take train or Metro. If you want to stay a night few hours near railway to Moscow or Velikiy Novgorod and else, you can consider it bUt you may suffer can’t sleep well ,(the bedding need extra cost besides accommodation fee)Otherwise it is not a good place to stay.

Staff not honest”

There is one staff was trying to rip off by collecting 400 rub for the registration card (each), when we tried to pay by card, it did not went through (tried a few times), then he said try again later. Next day, we asked diff guy about the registration form, we got it for free.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE”

+ The location is close to railway for train to Moscow - 1. I was given OTHER people's bed. I was sleeping when a guy woke me and said 'that's my bed'. He also told me that this also happened to another guy. I checked with the reception and was given 'error in the system' respond. 2. Someone took a dump in the shared bathroom and didn't even bother to flush properly. 3. I was asked for RUB 200 per person for registration. 4. I was asked for RUB 220 per bed for linen. 5. Considering the services and the additional fee, better find other place to stay.
