          Ahh.. tidak sesuai ekspektasi”

          Pesanan kamar Deluxe, dikasih yg superior dg alasan kamar habis. Padahal sy pesannya jauh hari melalui aplikasi online. Receptionis cewek dan ibu2 supervisor sama tidak fokusnya menanggapi tamu. Tidak ada greeting dan melengos urusan lain padahal ada 4 receptionist termasuk anak magang 2 orang. Pas dikomplen toiletnya bau, cuman nanggapi ada lapor tidak. Dibilang kamarmya ada nyamuk banyak, cuma minta maaf sekedarnya aja. Benar2 tidak profesional. Grage Hotel teraneh.
