Difficult to Find and Check-In Due to Language Barrier”
The staff that assisted with the check in did not speak English or Malay, hence a little difficulty for us to locate the check-in office.

Good value for money apartment but difficult service ”
Apartment was clean with BASIC amenities. No pots and pans however for those that wish to cook. No microwave. No iron. No internet/WiFi. No broom to clean up after ourselves. The apartment is not even a serviced apartment. There are 3 bathrooms and only 1 bottle of 200ml shower gel and 1 bottle of 200ml shampoo placed on the Living room table. Above said are those I referred to as basic amenities provided. The nightmare of the check in was none of the staffs can speak English. There were no instructions given on how to / where to find the check in office. The phone number given was answered by only Chinese speaking lady. I had to call Agoda customer service to help me with the check in and finding the location of the place. My review is not meant to be against the Chinese but it is a very bad and confusing experience as a Malay to feel so lost in Malaysia for simple things like checking in to an apartment and finding it in the first place.

As we suddenly decided to stay one more night in Johor so we booked the 3 bedrooms apartment at the very last minute (8.30pm) and we checked in at 10pm . The office was closed but luckily we managed to call the staff and they responded in prompt . The staff came to us within 5 min only and brought us to the apartment . The staff is polite , friendly and help us on the luggage taking also . Once we found that the bathroom amenities were not provided , we informed the staff and he sent to us in quick . I personally think that it is worth for a short stay at a reasonable price especially for group .The room view is good too . I do hope that the cleanliness can be improved as I found the bedsheets are quite dusty but acceptable . Special thanks to Mr. Lai for the warm service .

Total disappointment”
Booked 2 units of 3-bed-room appartments. Called the person in-change in the morning to in form her that we will check-in late. As we arrived in the evening 2300hrs, I was told that only 1 unit of appartment is available. Unless I can accept another unit of 2-bed-room appartment. But this is not acceptable because our group cannot fit in. After negotiation & "begging", at the end she has prepare the room for us. We get our room at 0130hrs. We have to wait in our car & raining outside. Imagine with the young children crying as long waiting hours. This ruins our holiday mood.

Great Place for Family.”
Booked a 3 bedroom apartment for a family of 5 adults 2 kids under 5yo. Great space for all of us and facilities were amazing and complete. Location was not easy to find however we managed and thankfully I spoke basic Chinese as the owner does not speak English or Malay as he’s Chinese National. The apartment was very dusty in fact which was disappointing cuz it seems we got the “spare” room and was not told there isn’t WiFi cuz they’re fully booked. So we paid full with no WiFi but was offered LCO till 3PM. Bed was dusty and no amenities for us like soap shampoo kitchen wares. Very empty apartment and basic means just bed ac tv and sofa for stay. Despite all these, we will definitely come back because e view was well worth it!

早上我们跟着地图到达目的地，但是地标上的位置和这个托管公司的位置是不同的，正确的位置是在马路对面，是在靠海的那边，新山碧桂园金海湾公寓。联络电话连打了5次才有人接，没说上两句就断线！来回打了十几通才找得到地方。 拿了房卡和钥匙上到了单位，居然没电！后来去了业务部门，接着又回到托管公司，还了房间，总算是可以做下来休息了！看了一看时间，我们总共浪费了两小时左右！
