An Arrogant Hotel”

I was very disappointed to find out that the roof top is only open to private parties. I felt very misled on the website as it was one of the main reasons I booked. Otherwise, an historic place, glamorous. Stuffy staff.

great location, ambience but dirty water from bath”

The location, ambience and room size was great. Unfortunately the water off all faucets was almost brown even after let it run for 30 minutes. When asked the reception they said that's an old building so nothing else they could do. I was offered to go and take a shower on another room on the other side of the hallway, which is very inconvenient and not what you would expect from a 5 star hotel. When spoke to the manager at check out he said there is nothing they could do. Comping breakfast would have been a nice touch, but it was not offered, and not any other type of nice gesture.

Excellent bar, great hotel design”

Excellent, we only stayed one night after a flight cancellation and wished we had stayed here the whole time. The hotel has got a really unique feel and you can sense a high attention to detail. The bar is amazing!

Amazing stay from start to finish.”

Most accommodating staff who were extremely knowledgable and helpful. Location superb especially with access to the private park. Hotel sent up a lovely birthday cake for my daughter who was in NYC to celebrate her 16th birthday. We normally stay at the Pierre but now have a new favorite hotel in the city. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Good location, great design and excellent staff”

We had a very pleasant stay at the Gramercy Park. The design is interesting. I would highly recommend Gramercy Park! The rooms need renovation though. The bathroom did not pass our demands unfortunately.

Stylish luxury hotel in a chic area”

this hotel is located in a super chic and happening area of new york, where you can walk to some of the best restaurants and enjoy nightlife, clubs and music just blocks away. the concierge can book you at the exclusive rose bar or get you hard to find reservations. the rooms have dark red velvet curtains, and are quiet and good for sleeping. on weekends, there's a younger party scene here, but high end. this is very fun, and exciting hotel idea for a nightlife trip to new york.

非常美好的回忆｀”

非常好的酒店，环境一流（可惜在soho区，出门没车不太方便）！非常古老的房子，酒店非常有艺术感。工作人员很好，checkin和out 非常的快，餐厅不错。 顶楼还可以开party。 就是价钱有点贵，不过曼哈顿的酒店都这样，房间不太大，但感觉很精致。gramercy park 很好，早上去散散步什么的挺好，难得在中心还能有这么个小公园。下次还会选择那里

Tycker att hotellet var bra i överlag, dock dyr och dålig service vid frukost...tog 30 min innan vi fick någonting på bordet, kaffet var som te, vilket gjorde att vi valde att äta vår frukost någon annanstans. Fin mysig lounge, m tända ljus, bra bar..dock jobbigt med all väntetid m hissen ...mycke bröllopsgäster som skulle upp & ner,,,vi var två på rummet men fick ändo säga till om ytterligare morgonrock...när vi väntade på taxi sprang det en råtta vid sidan om entrén,,,,rätt centralt joda...inte topp...men mer än godkänt / Pia H
