Great location, great price”
Everything was good except the comfort of the actual beds could be improved. It wouldn’t cost much to add a real pad to it because we could feel the bed springs in our back, that’s how thin the mattress top was. Other than that it was clean, and a good location if you’re trying to get to the airport early. I would stay again for the price I paid.

The proximity to Heathrow Airport and the price of the room made us book with Grand Airport Ensuites. It is an easy and free ride (with the U3 bus) to get to and from the airport. The room itself was clean, but had few amenities and the lights literally didn’t switch on, so you had to use a lamp. We enjoyed the TV, and if you don’t have a European plug adapter, you can use the USB port on the TV to charge your phone, etc (as long as the TV is on). Communication was good before check-in, but after check-in, I couldn’t get a response to a question I had via email. You deal with no people when getting to your room, which is convenient in some ways. Overall not a horrible place, just not the best.

Even though I agreed to the non-refundable payment, in these unprecedented times, I find the adherence to this policy a bit cynical and greedy. Especially when airlines and government make decisions that cause losses to any traveler.

Terrible communication with how to gain access to the property. Room I booked was not the room I got. TV did not work ( coming solo that was the 1 reason I booked this room) Temperature for shower could not be turned down Noisy beeping comes from the entry box ever time someone enters. ( waking people up) Thin walls with zero sound proofing Bed had springs that stick in back Romanian party going on at night in the next door neighbours garden with loud traditional music and dancing! Perhaps I was extremely unlucky? Pros: Confortable pillows.

No hay telefono donde llamar. Te cobran 1 libra antes de la llegada y sino estas atento al email te quedas en la calle con el frio que hace ya que no hay nadie alli. La habitacion muy fria para ser invierno. No habia agua fria en la ducha, imposible ducharse con el agua hirviendo.
