Excellent facility and staff”
We are staying for three nights total on this Seoul trip. Very happy with the new look and the quality provided, staff was excellent in every aspect you’d expect their services. One downside was that we could hear the next room because our room was the type that can be connected. That was honestly an unpleasant experience. We have two more nights booked in the future and we hope we get to stay in a quiet room. Other than this, we had a good time, enjoying the newly renovated room, food at the lobby cafe and most of all thanks to the excellent service of all staff members, our stay turned out to be very satisfying. Great beautiful hotel with history! Highly recommend it.

No air-conditioning, poor soundproofing ”
Wife and I couldn't sleep as the room was 27.5°C and air-conditioning was off. We could also hear our next room chatting which indicates poor soundproofing. Location is neither here nor there. Staff are helpful and friendly, but unfortunately these are problems beyond their control.

清潔感あるホテルですが、部屋のクッションやソファはしみが。写真にあるようやメインのプールは有料、室内プールは前もって必要なものを確認したのですが、水泳帽がないとダメと言われ、ホテルで子供の水泳帽を購入しようとしたら売ってない、子供たち葉楽しみにしていたプールに入れませんでした。サービスに問題ある。

앰버서더 서울 풀만 호텔은 이번이 두번째 이용이었는데 2년전에 리노베이션이 되어 더 좋아졌더군요. 남산과 명동 가까운 입지는 최고이고 호텔시설은 깨끗하고 객실 남산뷰도 좋았습니다~ 넷플릭스도 볼수 있었고 조식과 해피아워 음식도 만족스러웠습니다 다음에 또 이용의사 있어요~!

모텔도 아니고 50만원 가까이 주고 예약했는데”
클럽룸으로 예약했고 2시반부터 애프터눈 티 이용가능해서 2시반이 도착하니 체크인을 시작하고 있더라구요 인원도 많이 없었고 빨리 방에 들어갈 수 있겠구나 했는데 데스크는 3개인데 한 곳에서만 체크인을 해주고 있었고 나머진 직원들끼리 수다떨고 계시더라구요. 인원도 얼마 없었는데 3시10분이 넘어가고 너무 느리길래 가서 얼마나 걸릴까요 물어보니 다다음 순번이라고 하길래 기다렸고 20분이 걸려도 안 부르길래 봤더니 직원들끼리 수다떨고 있고 아직도 데스크 한 곳에서만 손님 맞이하고 있길래 다시 가서 물으니 컴퓨터가 다운이(?)됐다며 더 기다려 달라그래서 3시 40분에 체크인이 되었습니다. 원래 여기 체크인 오래걸린다는 후기를 봐서 에휴 그런가보다 하고 방에 들어가서 수영장가려고 옷 다 벗고 갈아입으려는 순간 다른 커플이 카드키 대고 문을 따고 들어왔고 그 분들은 저희 알몸을 다 봤구요 양쪽 다 소리지르고 당황하고 난리였습니다. 방 배정을 중복으로 해서 그분들도 같은 방을 배정 받았더라구요. 항의하려고 하니 남편이 말려서 참았고 그 카드키 열고 들어 온 커플은 꽤 오랜시간 복도에서 다른 방배정 기다리고 계시더군요 일단 빨리 수영장 가자고해서 수영장 이용했고(수영장 사진보다 훨씬 후져요) 수영장 다 이용한 뒤 가운만 입은채로 방에 내려와서 카드키를 대니 문이 열리지않았습니다. 아까 그 커플한테 나눠준 키가 마지막으로 등록이 된거여서 저희 키가 안 먹힌거더라구요. 복도 전화기로 전화했고 키 다시 갖다 준다고만 하지 사과는 없었습니다. 직원이 10분정도나 걸려서 올라왔고 저희는 다 젖은채로 가운만입고 남들 체크인하러 지나다니는데 복도에 그러고 서있었어요…와서도 사과 한마디는 없어서 어이가 없어서 여기 도대체 몇성급인데 이래요? 하니까 그제서야 사과를 하더군요 진짜 직원들 상태 최악입니다 여기 10만원대도 아니 모텔도 이러진 않아요;;; 괜찮은거라곤 해피아워 음식이 다녀본 호텔 들 중에서 제일 괜찮았고 조식도 먹을만해요 그 외에는 정말 다시는 가고 싶지않은 호텔입니다 수영장 너무 후져요
