Pleasant staff, toilets need general cleaning”
We booked for 3 rooms for our 3-day Zambonga Adventure. Grand Astoria is a well-known hotel. Good thing that room rates are still reasonable. Front desk ladies on duty (i usually called 10am or 4pm) were very helpful to our needs. Check-in and check out procedures were reasonable. I suggest a supervisor should make rounds to check things. Like turning off lights at the stairs during bright day light and shower nozzle that no longer working well. We had a pleasant experience with Housekeeping staff during our stay. Thank you so much.

GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY”
Accommodarion rate is reasonable. Best option for our 3-day seminar in the same hotel. Staff are very helpful esp the young guard on duty and the one who have helped us in our luggage. Flowing hot/cold drinking water available. Room for improvement - breakfast menu, general cleaning of rooms and toilets, maintenance needed for showers and toilet lids. I was amazed I have not seen any crawling insects in my stay in 2 rooms for about 7 days! Thank you po.

Near the jeepney final stop (Plaza Pershing), near SM Mindpro and Mercury Drug. However, the room I stayed in has no WiFi, smells because the exhaust fan is not working, one of the lights is also busted and the linens could use some replacement. You can tell they're old because they're off white already.

Room which i stayed 464 has flaws.- ceiling had patches , toilet run dwn tiles,breakfast was a disapointment.As i was with my family kids 4 & 6.i was told to pay p250 for my son.i paid . But to my suprise had rice, beef dish & hard boil egg .additionsl cofi n a porridge which had burnt smell.i wasted paying as my kids did have the right breskfast ther. Even a bread n butter which will be a badic breakfst in all hotels was not provided.Name lools Grand but wat i highlighted above does not match.dont get

Noticed how the walls of the rooms weren’t repainted. The internet connection for business or work is fairly slow. I think the hotel needs renovation or upgrade in their rooms. I’ll rate it as average. It was ok though.

When bringing a car, please note that their parking is behind the hotel (give them a call to get direction) Very strategic location (accessibility) They’re building a new building which will offer better (and newer) rooms. I had a few concerns during our stay but I got to talk to their hotel manager, Ma’am Monette, who listened and personally took care of my concerns. Gracias, Ma’am! We hope to be back again and try your newer rooms.

Price is reasonable and easy to book/cancel. Stayed for 3 nights and 4 days. Room is spacious and neatly arranged. However, many aspects of the room needs general cleaning and repairs.

The rooms are old and they smell old. The comfort room, I'm not sure if it's cleaned well especially the walls. The free breakfast is okay. Not much of a variety when it comes to food though. But the location, if you're looking for hotel in the middle of the pueblo or the centre of the city, this one's a good place to consider.

The hotel was recommended to me but it’s not what it supposed to be: There are no water provided in the room. Room is dusty. Bathroom shower is soft, faucet is semi blocked. Room floor was sticky when you remove your shoe. First time I received two tiny soap bar without wrapper and it’s on my bed. Lol Limited breakfast but I guess it’s normal. There are better option around.

Cleanliness, breakfast fud and facility wise very low. Bathroom is smelly, shower is leaking, soap holder is broken, no complimentary water, no heating kettle.
