We stayed for 5days and 4nights and the staff are very accommodating and friendly. Our stay was so worth the travel and everything. The room is very spacious and clean. Breakfast is what we are looking forward every day but the big smiles and sweet good morning greetings is far more than a hot coffee and sumptuous breakfast that they served… a quick peep talk to Bryan will also make our day complete while having our morning coffee… From reception down to house keeping my hats off to all of you ..

There is no free parking at the hotel. I payed 120 shekels for 12 hours of parking and it was 15 minutes walk from the hotel.

Hotel do not care for guest needs”
We were 3 adults sharing. The room were clean and tidy but only had 2 beds. On book-in we expressed the need that we are 3 adults and need 3 beds. After our day out in the city we still had no extra bed. After complaining to the front desk they brought a thin mattress for a child and that was not expectable then they wanted to move rooms past 20:00 where all out close were out of out suitcases. Then i requested to move the single sleeping couch to our room because the size of the room were the same and then they refused. I asked the front desk why not then she said i can not ask it is just no. She will not give reason. The 3 of us were shared the two beds and it is my opinion that they do not care for tourist. I will not use this hotel again totally over priced and no parking for cars.

We stayed at Grand Beach Hotel when we arrived in Tel Aviv and when our journey ended. First room was on backside of hotel, no view except school and neighbors. Second room was great, amazing view of the Sea, pier and outlook of the City, beautiful! We, however, had to request the second room on a higher floor which they honored. When we left late at night, the Security outside the Hotel took very good care of us, he spoke English very well and made sure we got in the cab that the Hotel had a contract with, he was very kind to us, which we will never forget.

A nice place”
The Grand Beach Hotel in Tel-Aviv is a nice place. The location is great - In the "Old North" of the city centre. The beach is very close, there is a nice park just downstairs and there are many places for food, drinks and coffee around the area. There are better hotels in Tel-Aviv but usually they are way more expensive. The food is nice and the staff is friendly. It is a good spot to spend few nights.

This hotel was great. Location fantastic and close to everywhere you need for Tel Aviv, from restaurants to local shops and the port. Would definitely stay here again. Staff where very hard working and always smiling and happy. If I could change anything I would want the hotel to have a gym and car park facilities.

A reasonable priced option for business and leisure travellers alike”
The hotel presents a smart value for money ratio, it is conveniently located to the Tel-Aviv port, very close to the Sde Dov airport. The room was clean and nicely equipped with TV, kettle, and a hair dryer. What struck me was the offered unlimited international calls for free using the room phone. The swimming pool at the top offers a beautiful view over the city. The security and swimming pool staff were particularly friendly, the reception was helpful, the only personnel that needs some improvement is the breakfast staff - they were not welcoming and on Shabbat started to collect the buffet breakfast 20 minutes early (10:40) with no prior warning at a time when guests were still eating and eager to take more. The breakfast itself was good. All in all, I can recommend the property.

Good value, good location”
We spent two nights at the Grand Beach hotel. The Shabbat meal was quite good, and the Israeli breakfast is very abundant and decent. The coffee situation could be better (e.g. espresso/latte machine). The elevators are very slow/ not well-programmed. Luckily, my room was up only a couple of flights of stairs, so I avoided the elevator during my stay.

Nice hotel in a good location”
i stayed in the grand beach on new year's eve 2011. during the night, there was a prolonged, loud argument involving a number of guests in the corridor which disturbed my sleep. when i mentioned this on checkout, my comments were largely ignored and the receptionist simply responded that 'it was nye'. in other words, what do you expect? if this is how the grand beach deal with minor comments, i wonder how they deal with more substantial complaints. it made me think twice about this hotel, which would have otherwise reached a high recommendation from me.

A great place to stay in Tel Aviv”
The location was great for us, not too far from the marina, with good beaches and restaurants just a short walk away. Rooms were of a good standard, the bathroom a little small but perfectly adequate for our needs. Breakfast offered a good selection, and we found the rooftop pool a relaxing place to enjoy the sunshine. Staff were courteous and helpful.

Well established hotel in a good location ”
We liked this hotel as it was conviniently located about a ten minute walk from the beach, had a good Israeli breakfast and standard type room. The staff were helpful eg when we were allocated our non smoking room it reeked of cigarette smoke, but the man at reception immediately changed us to a different room. The staff were also helpful with advice on public transport.

The first room was smelly and we were given another room without odour without much problem. The hotel offers value for money but nothing more. For our second turn in Tel Aviv we went to a different location. With a small increase in price you also get better value.

Location is excellent. Across road beach, and it's a good one. The most popular street in town is a block away - food and drinks galore. Rooms kept well. Bed comfy.
