I have taken the exec suite for my stay and business meeting. The facilities in the room where in bad condition. Lights where not working properly. Coffee glass was dirty. Toilet was leaking. For such a big room the TV in the hall was so small and the the tv in the room was ancient. No more words to describe

Tot it was near the mall but u need to walk some more to reach them. The carpark is dark and the breakfast is ok.

Overall stay was average.
The overall stay was quite smooth except for the 2nd day when I called up reception and asked for hair dryer. There wasn't any hair dryer in my room, so I called up the reception. She said there is hair dryer in the bathroom and asked me to check again. I agreed to check and ended the call. After double checking, there isn't any hair dryer found. So we called up the receptionist again (not for getting to mention the staffs keep telling to call the housekeeping and the housekeeping ask us to call the reception which is quite frustrating). When we called up and said we don't have the hair dryer, the receptionist asked a question which is quite disturbing. She asked why we never ask for it when we check in itself but now only looking for it. From the way she said that, I feel as if she suspected me to steal and hide the dryer somewhere which is not supposed to be felt by a paying customer. Respecting clients is very important.
