The room is spacious and clean, the location is easily accessible. Plenty of food choices around the area. The foods served by the steakhouse in the hotel lobby was very good taste. The staff also recommended some local food of the night market for us, which were quite nice. Service is good and staff are helpful and friendly. A pleasant stay overall.

The location is perfect, close to the train station and night market, it's super convenient. Staff are friendly and helpful. Practical room with desk, a sofa, TV and clean nice bathroom. Buffet breakfast was good as well. The kids enjoyed the game center.

Hotel will romantic atmosphere in downtown Yilan. Great service from the staff who will help you find what you're interested in seeing. Food, Sightseeing, and shopping are all in walking distance! Happy with the big room and enjoyed free breakfast buffet. Great value and a memorable experience!

Very near just opposite to the night market, and a few minutes walk to the city center. Very nice staff. Make a detail description and very informative for how to use the lightning and controls of the room. Very helpful and help us to call our next hotel for transfer service and call taxi for us to our next hotel. Must stay next time

I did a mistake of double booking, I think some internet related issue. The staff was very kind to approach agoda and helped me to resolve it smoothly. Excellent initiative that save me from possible frustrations. I appreciate that. 👍 We got a big room and clean, but smelled a little moldy. Turning on the aircon and dehumidifier helped to reduce that smell. Very good location. Near to the Yilan Night Market.

I've stayed here a few times before and had consistent quality of service from the staff - courteous, friendly and accommodating. Although the facility is kind of out dated, it is at a great location, close to the train station and across the street from the night market.

Quaint Hotel of centralized location”
Hotel has a very mesmerizing exterior and lobby however, room is rather old and underwhelming. Service by hotel staff was excellent as they brought us to our room and explained the facilities. There were breakfast included with the stay but the spread is limited and food were cold (might be because we went down late too). Bed was comfortable but pillows was quite soft. Room came with a shower, separate bathtub (which is really awkward), hairdryer, towels, slippers as well as free amenities (Shampoo, Shower Gel, Body Lotion, Cotton Wool, Cotton Sticks, Shaving Kit & Toothbrush Kit). Hotel is 2min walk to Dongmen Night Market and 8min walk to Yilan Station (do note that the road from station to hotel is not luggage friendly). Surrounding areas were Restaurants, supermarkets and Jimmy Square (5min from Yilan Station). Alternatively, one can take the train to Luodong or further to explore as taxi rides are rather expensive in Yilan (starting price 120twd).
