Great value and very decent quality”
The hotel is clean and well maintained. The rooms are of a decent size. Beds are comfortable and everything works: aircon, warm water, TV with English channels, room service. There is also free parking at the hotel. It is quiet at night, we all slept really well. A Starbucks is just across the street if you want a Western alternative for breakfast.

It is a no frills hotel. Room is adequate and clean. Internet is not good. Nearby Starbucks and just across the small commercial center. It is a convenient place.

Overall, its a good place. Clean rooms, nice facilities, good breakfast. The manager Ishmed was very helpful, helped me out a couple of times and was always prepared to go the extra mile. I had a great experience at this hotel.

Little bit difficult to call operator during their night shift. Once I met them at receptionist desk asking for more mineral water. Till the next morning, the water didnt come at all. Really disappointed.

Probably the best you could get for that money (around IDR 350k at the time of this review) & best value for money. Room is perfectly comfortable for two people, room service is pretty quick too. Receptionist is a little bit slow. Also needs a bigger parking lot for cars.

Near Gotong Royong, in front of Plaza Araya. Nice environtment, a lot of big trees, not to crowd neighbourhood like other hotel. A little bit dirt in bathroom & coffee cup, but overall it's Ok. With the price I got, I think it's very recommended with the facilities we've got

it is very good hotel with affordable price. i stayed here for 4 days and it was nice. they provide free transport to airport since it is nearby the hotel. the hotel was located in araya cluster and it is good not too close from crowded.

good ambience and good location. my wife love the healthy welcome drink (jus sawi), the room quite nice but the pillow not really comfortable, there is no hairdryer in the bathroom, the packaging of the toiletries are nice, the wifi very weak (you must upgrade the mbps), and better if the corridor had carpet to muffle the sound. i like the variety of food and food presentation also another good thing that we can get free transportation to Abdul Rahman Saleh Airport.

We spent 3 days and 2 nights at this hotel and it was very nice. Front Desk attitude was great. I forgot my ID card at the lobby and they went to my room to give it back. Variance of food was awesome. Both local and western food are available. They served JAMU as well! The sad thing only for the pool. It was too small for 4 star hotel but overall, We do really satisfied with this hotel

I stayed one night only, at night my room's AC leaked, the water run everywhere, so I called the operator, first they want to check, but maybe the realized that this problem cannot solve in the short time, so they want me to change room, and will give me twin bed, and I refused because I want double bed. After waited several minutes, they call again and informed me that I can move, and then I checked the room, it was Junior Suite Room, I have been upgraded. Thanks to the Hotel. The problem solved and in the morning I enjoyed the swimming pool, it was small but still OK. and they also give me late check out until 13,30. Me and my family were very satisfied.

This hotel is a new hotel so that it is difficulty to find it for the first time customer who visit this hotel. The hotel situated at a stratigic location near by supermarket and the central of Malang city.

Our stay was good. The rooms are new and clean. The service is good. They extended out check out time to 5PM without additional cost. It was a good location to visit Mount Bromo, the reason of our trip. The tour was booked vis our hotel. The price charged (1 500 000 rp) for was quite high for a 10 hour tour and since no guide was provided and no too much spots were covered. Moreover another couple from the same hotel joined the trip . Joining us with this couple in the same jeep could save us money.

Room service very slow and missies delivering items ordered and missing items on the food. Check in was terrible not explaining anything and no welcome drink as offered in my deal. No bell boy and the supervisor was terrible when I complained and terrible when I tried to book another two nights so I moved hotels. Won’t be back here there’s plenty of better hotels in malang
Aircon faulty in room”
Called the reception numerous time. But did not get a change of room as the aircon was faulty. Went down straight to reception to get room change. Got to the new room. Card faulty. Cant go in. Went to reception again. Is a short stay, 1 night. But it did not make it memorable.

bell boy didnt help unloading luggage, his face is aour, no smile, no greetings. hotel limits plate borrowing to only 2 plates. hotel charges for extra bottled water. we didnt get our keys until 14:30 only 1 face towel, by standard there should be two. AC is not cold enough (under capacity) you should rent the top floor, the water pump above it is making annoying noise. at least put rubber under the pump stands to minimize vibration
