Its clean and new hotel in pekanbaru. Located on the central of the Pekanbaru city. Very strategic for business trip. Price is very reasonable due to its grand opening promotional rate. Average nice service u could expect from a 4 star hotel. Restaurant was understaffed, took a while to find someone to provide the menu. Food as bad as well, sandwich ordered was cold. The only plus point was the gym. That was great.

short nice stay in grand central”
We were in Grand Central for a family wedding which was held in the same hotel, so location was perfect for us. We got a good room, it was quite nice however on our first night there the sound from the karaoke bar/area could be heard from the room. So that was a bit annoying. A good thing that only happened for one night. Another thing about the room is that, the glass top on the table next to the bed was almost broken, we felt that's dangerous for our kids if they play around the area. So we had to actually took the top off and put it on the side since they cannot do anything about it. The staff were friendly, we didn't have any problem with any of the staff. The food on the breakfast time was quite nice.

I overall satisfied with all about the hotel including their friendly staff and hotel itself, but I barely can see outside through the window because it was tinted with sort of white decorations outside hotel..it would be nicer if we could see outside view because it will be more peace mind..thanks to the great staff who always keep smiling and helpful. Many restaurant just around the corner, the thing is hard to cross the road due to full of traffic..it would be better to have pedestrian bridge..thanks

Great Hotel for the value”
Me, my wife and 2 small kids stayed in Deluxe room and it was still spacious. The breakfast was amazing... really good! The only minus side is the less courteous staff at the front desk. They need to learn how to serve the customer. Other than that, this is a great hotel.

My New Year Escape”
Landed in PKU at early morning flight, going around until 12pm wih dizzy head, i understand that my room wasn't ready yet, we were told to came back again later at 2pm as per hotel regulation which I do really understand, I also an hotelier in 4 star resort in Kepri. Came back again at 2 pm and the room wasn't ready still. really understand that it was 1 January, last night occupancy might be fully booked. I had to wait another 30 minutes to get my room ready. Thank you to Reception staff. Over all it's a nice city hotel with limited space, nice room interior, i like it. The thing i didn't like was the Infinity Pool. I went there wish to swim, but i saw several kids swim with their clothes on! I don't think it's a proper way to swim, unfortunately I didn't saw pool staff whom can reminds them. Will you swim at a tiny pool which at the same time several person wash their clothes there? I think as guest we also should do proper things. Hotel is not our private property, it is good to keep our behavior proper for other's convenience. Pool staff should pay attention onto these, should not be hesitate to warn guest like this. You got standards, correct? On my last day there, i came back again to swim and wants to buy the scoop ice cream as advertised in inhouse tv, when i came out of the elevator at 7th floor: there was a kids birthday party there! what a dissapointing things... if the pool is big enough i don't think it will be a question for me... but holding an event in a limited space which it is guest public facility...c'mon... i don't think to go again to 7th floor to swim on my next visit. what i thankful most is when the day i check out, my flight back home is at 5pm. i knew that the c/o time is 12 noon, i asked staff for late check out, thank you very much to allow me checked out at 2pm with reasonable excuse, i really appreciate that much. so i didn't have to wait too long at the airport for my flight Thx a lot...

Overrated 4 star hotel ”
It was okay. Overall the experience was modest can be much better if everything was cleaner. Hotel room and pool needs to be clean, water in the pool, sauna is unclean. Location is okay not near to any malls and about 20 mins away from the Pekanbaru airport.

There's something happened when I try to claim my breakfast and the staff said, my breakfast have claimed by someone else. So at the time i didn't eat until I checked out and went to the other city.

the hotel was nice. I got deluxe room and it was spacious. the location is near by my meeting point. but the staff is not always available. i always call room service for everything, include laundry, request to carry my bag to lobby when check out.
