Let's begin by complimenting their stupendous staff right from the entrance, checking in, dining room, room cleaning, bar etc for making us feel like a VIP from the time we entered till we left with their smile, attention to details and customer centric focus. The room was of comfortable size, with adequate cupboard space and for placing the suitcase. We were provided with unlimited drinking water, good quality tea bags, coffee and milk, complimentary fruits and cookies daily. The quality of towels, mattress, pillows and bed sheets was excellent. The curtains ensured that no ambient light sneaked into the room. The room was cleaned daily and special compliments the cleaning staff as we found that the floor was so spick and span that walking barefoot didn't dirty our soles.

I stayed in another other before GRT and it was just so lovely to stay at Grand GRT. Their service is top notched. Staffs are excellently trained to be guest centric. Breakfast very good spread. Mr Laksmanan at the driveway to welcome you is good. The room was good, clean and fresh. When someone is trying their best, you can see, Grand GRT did it! I will definitely return.
