The location is perfect-- a couple blocks away from the posh area of French Quarter, central but still very quiet. The rooms are clean and modern, the bathroom facilities are great. Staff is very cordial and welcoming. For the price, this place is definitely worth it! Would stay again.

Ms Lee and staff do a great job”
Ms Lee was especially helpful and professional, and the breakfast was very well done, with a tasty and broad range of food. I enjoyed the design of the rooms, with a very attractive, modern, clean feel. The huge rainfall showers, reliable hot water, nice lighting and huge bed were all great. Cleaning standards were impeccable and the air conditioning worked very well. As with many or almost all hotels at this stage, there is some level of recovery from covid as facilities are re-commissioned, so there was no room service food, no downstairs bar or coffee, and no gym, no ability to make an international telephone call, There was a billiard table though. and a convenience store around the corner. This is a location where convenience stores are very convenient stocking everything from snacks to actual alcohol. All over, due to the friendly staff, the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, and the internal design, I rate this hotel highly as being very comfortable, and in a great location, and so fairly good value for money.

Perfect Stay for Short and Long-term.”
I stayed here for almost 2 weeks. The facility is superb and one of the best "new" place to stay near the Old Quarters. You won't find any hotels like this in Hanoi. Although I had a short issue with incredibly small flies, the hotel changed my room right away.

Location : near ho hoan kiem but in the quite area . Room：toilet and shower room separate and the design is simple and modern. Staff：friendly and speaks very good English. Only the one time use slippers are not clean .

only issue is the sound proofing is not that good. When there are guest who check-in late at night and talking at the corridor, it can be heard very clearly and loud in the hotel room. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful.

The hotel is in an alley, but the location is near to Hoan Kiem Lake, which is accessible. Nearby hotel has minimart, a lot of coffeehouses and eateries. Staff are friendly. I got free upgrade to king size bed. The room is clean and comfortable. The minus point is my room near the lift so it was very noisy in the morning, including from other travellers as well as cleaning staff. Overall, it’s worth the money.

Fantastic Hotel For NYE 2019”
We recently stayed here for New Years and enjoyed our room. The room was large and had a separate bathroom/wardrobe area that we really appreciated. The lighting and bathroom fixtures are very modern including a mirror that lights up when you touch it. The bed is fantastic as well. Very very large. The hotel’s breakfast was exceptiknal so make sure to take full advantage of that. The real stars were the main service staff. We were always treated with big smiles and conversations as well. I could tell the staff genuinely loves their jobs. At breakfast, the waitstaff met all of our needs. I would love to say the whole stay was a dream, but we did have some issues with hot water. On New Year’s Day we did not have any hot water and they did have an engineer fix it, but it broke again. Because of this I had to take two lukewarm showers and the hot water never returned full strength. It’s seems that during the shift change on New Year’s Day a few things slipped through the cracks. I am hoping this was an isolated incident and I suspect it was. Otherwise, it’s a fantastic place to stay!

Lack of maintenance on detail ”
Stay here quite a few times, location, cleanliness and value for money are superb. Somehow since 2022, I have countered varieties of issue at each stay. There was a time room without air-condition, only heat. Another time without no hot water. At my latest stay, I have waited at least 30 mins to get hot water each time needed shower, also the water volume is super super small. It such a painful shower experience in this weather. Additionally, there was no wifi and netflix wasnt working in the room.

There is no parking lot as the description”
I stayed at Cititel hotel at another city several times before but this war my first time in Hanoi. Everything seemed to be fine until I found that there was no parking lot available. I love the hotel, staffs... but this problem made me down. I came to hotel late at night and hotel’s staffs told me that there was no parking lot for my car. I need to go outside to park with the fee of 15$ from 1:30am to 9:30 am. It was insane especially they mentioned the parking fee is 10$ in the description. And when I asked for staff’s help, they just told me “we have no idea”, “it’s because of Tet”???? Blah blah like it was not their shit. The amount was not so big but somehow disappointing me a lot.
