I was worried because it was an early morning flight, but there was no problem because I arrived after 10 minutes by taxi. It was a bit difficult to communicate when I checked in because I booked eight nights separately. However, I am so satisfied with the kind and quick service and room I received during my stay that I do not regret that I have made all my trip to Macau to Grand Coloan Resort. I will visit Macau next time.

Perfect location to enjoy a getaway weekend. Outdoor pool and walking distance to Hac Sand beach are truly relaxing. Kids have fun by the pool and good restaurants in the same block. Love to recommend to family and friends.

Love to stay in this hotel whenever I try to have a quiet get away. It’s a well maintained property. Apart from the wonderful restaurants in the hotel, I also go to the two famous Portuguese restaurants by the beach.

We came here for some relaxation. The staffs were all very kind and nice. They always have a smile on them. The room was big with a balcony. And we got upgraded to a seaview, very nice. The breakfast was also good, with lots of selections. They have playground and swimming pool, as well as chairs for guests to enjoy and relax with family or friends. Very nice environment. The beach is less than a minute walk from the hotel, very nice and quiet beach. Will recommend this hotel!

highly recommended for leisure trips. the hotel is far from all the casinos and shopping areas, but right next to a beach. can't say the beach is beautiful but this is another side of macau which we haven't seen before. the hotel is easily accessible by bus 21A where it only costs mop/hk$6 per ride. the ride is quite enjoyable, going through the old casino areas, crossing the bridge, turning into the new casina areas, then the local neighbourhoods before reaching the hotel ... feels like watching a youtube introducing macau. things look different through the window :-)

Worth to Stay”
In terms of value, this is worth to stay however distance to downtown being quite far. If you rely on their shuttle, you must queue as early as possible as they are using those about 20 seats van, if too many people, you have to wait for next shuttle which takes another 30 mins.

Shouldn't we be staying here on this day? I've been staying since the 12th. We have separate reservations, so we'll leave a one-night stay review. Well, you didn't clean up on the last day. Hair remained on the bathroom floor. The same thing happened to the bathtub that I used. There was no coffee and tea, and the damp towels were still there. It was a birthday trip for my mother, so I didn't want to ask for a second cleaning, so I turned it over at that time. Except for a few things, I liked this place so much that I left a perfect evaluation on Google or Agoda. So, it was a night that left much to be desired. Lastly, I thought that service education for the front male employees is necessary. The female employee was excellent. Only male employees were the problem. Do not fret or sigh in front of the customer because it is difficult to communicate with them. The breakfast staff, shuttle bus information staff, and the club staff were all very kind. The front staff is the signboard of the hotel. I hope you will change for the next visit.

Very spacious best seaview balcony”
This is the best hotel I ever stay with the excellent seaview big and spacious balcony that I can enjoy a relaxing sunbathing 1 hour to ease off from the tension at work. But the curtain is not too efficient in sealing off the sunlight at 7am. And the TV is quite blurry without high definition picture (maybe this enables clients to focus on the wonderful balcony and enjoy the natural view rather than TV). I will surely come back again.

The check in process is not efficient fast enough due to the shortage of manpower Also, the balcony is not clean enough since chicken bone iwas found , it mada me feel awful. As the shuttle bus is not provided naldo, it takes time to wait for the bus or taxi.

Worse place to stay”
My expectation for this hotel was high due to it was one of the 6 stars hotel next to Macau famous Black Sand Beach. I was totally disappointed by the following factors: 1) the physical appearance was way off to the picture I saw when I booked the hotel. 2) simple stuff like the towels were missing. I had to request from the front desk. 3) the bathtubs can’t hold the water since the stopper was broken. 4) patio was full of cigarette butts all over the pots. I was paying for a high star hotel but ended up receiving low end service. I won’t even bother to go back and definitely won’t recommend to anyone.
