The villa is located on great location. It's very close to Na Jomtien Beach. The villa is clean, comfortable and bigger than i expected with 24 hour security. P'Joy and her staffs team are very nice and helpful. They're willing to recommend us about good restaurants in Pattaya. I would highly recommend staying here.

We really enjoyed the house, extremely clean, well located (Family Mart is just a few minutes walk) and with a private access to the beach. Joy and her staff being absolutely adorable they have been extremely helpful and really made our vacations memorable! Thanks again Joy

The house is super clean. All facilities have been provided completely including BBQ tools. The villa is located in quiet residence area so you should to aware to make loud noise. All staff are very nice and give any information you want. I recommend anyone for family trip.

Almost Everything is good. Big place with big pool suitable for home party. Bath room just renovated so it looks very nice and clean. I think only TV and Refrigerator should be replaced to new ones. The Flat TV is still working but a bit too old, screen resolution is not good. The freezer (upper part)is still working fine. But the cold storage (lower part) is not cold ...seems something wrong. Some lamps inside the pool also need to be fixed or replaced.

대체로 매우 만족 이였습니다.. 청결 상태 매우 좋았구요.. 시설물도 관리가 잘 되어 있었습니다.. 수영장도 관리가 잘 되어 있어서 깨끗하고 넓어서 좋았습니다 무었보다 숙소 관리해 주시는 직원분들이 매우 친절 했구요 그 숙소를 운영 하시는 사장님도 매우 친절했습니다 덕분에 친구들과 좋은 우정 여행을 할 수 있었던거 같구요 태국에 또 가게 된다면 꼭 다시 가려고 합니다.

위치 및 풀빌라 상태 다 만족합니다 또한 직원도 매우 친절하고 주변에 있는 편의시설도 알려주워서 매우 만족했습니다. 워킹스토리까지 거리는 차량으로 이동해야하지만 풀빌라 단지 후문 앞에 해변이 있고 정문 앞에서 걸어서 5~10분 거리에 시장(전통)이 있어서 과일을 매우 저렴하게 구입할수가 있습니다. 다음에도 꼭 다시 숙박하고 싶어요^.~*

가성비, 위치가 좋은 빌라”
풀빌라로 이루어진 콘도라서 찾기 쉽고 상당히 조용하고 보안도 괜찮은 수준임. 수영장도 집 규모에 비해 큰편이고, 2층이 없는게 개인적으론 좋음. 청소도 잘해주고 관리인도 잘 대응해주고 좋음. 단점으론 화징실이 생각보다 작고 그럭저럭하다. 방은 많은데 소파가 4인용이다. 두개가 아쉽지만 전체적으론 괜찮다. 콘도 정문 길건너에 큰 푸드마트,편의점, 식당등 있고, 또 앞이 도로변이라 저렴한 쏭태우 타고 다니기 참 좋다. 그래서 워킹이나 시내가는게 편하다. 코리아타운도 쏭태우 한번갈아타면 간다. 전체적으로 마음에 듬!!!
