Best sangat hotel ni selesa walaupun nampak tak luas tapi ok je for one night stay. Siap ada buffet breakfast free for two lepastu tambah rm15 je for my kids. Parking banyak. Mall & town jalan kaki je. Serious tak cukup 1 malam. 😅

Spacious and worth value ”
We got free upgrade rooms. Excellent. We traveled just after PKPB. Booked 2 rooms and it was spacious and clean. Meals was great too. Even though no buffet was serve maybe because of SOP things. But overall our stay was great. And we would loved to book again in future.

Location: Strategically located at the heart of Kuantan. Walking distance to two malls and shops. Very convenient. Hotel: Free carpark at premise (basement). Recommend to unload your luggage at the main entrance before to carpark area as you are required to haul your luggage up a flight of stairs to the main lobby. Building is dated but still in tenantable condition. The most beautiful part of the building is the restaurant at the ground floor. The inconvenient part during my stay is that the building has only one lift in service (the other is under maintenance), which caused a longer wait to go up to the room. On my second night there, I had to use the service lift after waiting for sometime (I was told by other hotel guests about the main lift issue and was shown to the service lift. The hotel staff could have put a sign to indicate the lift was out of order and directed hotel guests to the alternative lift). Staff: Counter staff is friendly. Room: Very dated classic 80s or early 90s design. Even though it has a classic feel to it, the beds are clean and comfortable. The room comes with TV with few channels, iron (not too well maintained) and ironing board and fast WiFi (which was the reason I chose this place) and writing desk and chair, sofa with coffee table. It would be nice if the carpet could give a little more vacuuming. Bathroom: Comes with bathtub and shower curtain. Love the strong water pressure and hot water supply for a comfortable shower. Of course basic toiletries. I stayed here for two nights. It was a comfortable stay despite some inconvenience. Overall, this hotel is value for money for business stop over.
