Not Staying Here= Not Been To Taipa, Macau”

very clean.
Not as convienet to Macau- need taxi.

Taipa Square was a great hotel. It was very close to many places in Taipa. Also, if you go down the street (towards South) you will find resturants and shopping places. One such as the Rua do Cunha- many places to eat & buy souvieners and such. There was even a supermarket exactly NEXT TO THE HOTEL & OTHER places to eat. It is very convient because everything is close to walking distance- including the Rua do Cunha; which is about a 15 minute walk or 2 minute or so (13MOP+). However, it was very interesting because the hotel lobby is on the 21st floor (tallest). Also, if you arrive by ferry at the Macau Ferry Terminal, a hotel bus can take you to Taipa Square- which saves you a taxi ride that could cost 40MOP+! The room was very clean and the beds are not very hard. The room was comfortable and the view of Macau from Taipa was spatacular. Overall, Taipa Square was a pretty good hotel and I would recommend it to friends AND I would stay there again if you visit Taipa.

Stay at Taipa Square”

The Hotel locates near the central of Taipa, clean, convenient transportation, efficient check in and out
No shuttle bus to Taipa ferry terminal

Everytime whenever i visit Macau, i surely choose Taipa Square. Its location is convenetien and its price is resonable. Just take a min. or two, you can find bus stop and 10 to 15 mins walk, you can reach the central of Taipa, where there are lots of sopts and snacks to try. Agoda also provide resonable price during weekends and able to book my accommodation at the last minute on the day of my arrival, I really appreciate on this. Also, since the hotel is located in Taipa, therefore i suggest that the hotel should provide shuttle bus to and from the Taipa Ferry Terminal.

taipa sq.”

good view/good service
no refrigerator

I've reserved this hotel via agoda.com where I found many cheap & good hotels. It's quite easy for me to make decision because agoda information is perfect such as;promotion, reduced price,no.of vacancy rooms, photos, hotel map & information, etc.Taipa Square Hotel is located near bus stop, supermaket, restuarant and money exchange that are so convenience for foringener or tourist.I can walk to any place or connect by to many tourist attractions for instant;venetian casino, taipa village, macau and other places within half an hour.Hotel price is reasonable and suitable for normal tourist. The facilities are also enough and hi-tech.I strongly recommend for reservation especially via agoda as I did.I can say that only one thing I found dissatisfy is a guard(security)person on ground floor casino is not polite as much as she can.

Macau Gem”

Cleanliness, friendliness, convenience.
Still overly Chinese although becoming more 'International' Breakfast (which is good) should be inclusive.

It is always a pleasure to stay in the Hotel Taipa Square. Offering, arguably, the best value accomodation in Macau and Taipa it is minutes from the best new Casinos, the Venetian and World of Dreams and stands immediately infront of the Macau Jockey club and probably its best international bar, the Sports Bar. The rooms are good sized, clean and comfortable. It could do better with in-room drink making (no milk or sugar) and the breakfast which is a wonderful buffet should be inclusive to encourage use. I will go there again.

Our 34th wedding annvsry spent at Taipa Square Hotel Macau was very memorable, Me and my husband had a wonderful time; transportation was not a problem, the people we met and the places we visited will always be part of our life! Now, it's no longer a dream but a reality. How we got so thrilled of Macau Tower and romantic Gondolla rides in Vennetian Hotel. Tasting all the delicious almond cakes, biscuits, and meats before going to St. Paul de Ruines was stomachlly fullfilling. Visiting all the fantastic hotels was an experience of a lifetime... Come visit Macau and but be sure to stay at Taipa Square, it is worth the money you have save for those important events of your life!

We had a pleasant stay”

The staff is very helpful, very kind and patient to assist us. The location of the hotel is superb near by have a LRT station, easy to get taxi. By walking can get to the Rua do Chunha Street which we can do a quick shopping for souvenir before we catch our flight. We notice the renovation still in progress so the ground floor a bit cramp and we can't enjoy some of the facilities. But is fine for us as we just want to stay 1 night at Macau. The room and bathroom are clean, I wouldn't complain for that and the bed are comfortable for me. My kid and my relatives very satisfied with Grand Dragon. Hope next time we'll get to visit again the brand new Grand Dragon Hotel.

My first visit to Macau”

good customer service shuttle bus available every hour from 10 am to 9pm from hotel to macau city and ferry terminal clean
Appreciate if English is used widely. Mostly speak in Cantonese and Mandarin

I had an enjoyable 3-night stay at Taipa Square. It is near the airport and within walking distance to Ruo da Chunha and Taipa House of Museum and Rua do Regedor where you can find lots of eating outlets from chinese to western. It is also near the stadium. To go over to Macau city, just take the shuttle bus from hotel to save cost. Breakfast is also easily available round the corner. I would say my stay at Taipa Square was good and have no qualms in recommending this hotel to those who would like to tour around Macau on their own. Enjoy!

Delightful Experience in the Land of Dreams”

clean cosy comfortable room friendly welcoming staff good food good casino experience
non English speaking staff name of hotel in Chinese should be sent to guests before arrival. lack of info regarding food outlets and sightseeing sights around hotel

Taipa Square hotel was a great choice. We have no regrets. It was above our expectations. The rooms were clean, cosy and 4 star standard. The only thing lacking were English speaking staff. However they were friendly and made us feel welcomed. We will definitely stay in this hotel if we visit Macau again and also highly recommend it to any of our friends.

good location, clean, and a very friendly staff

During our stay the staff was always very friendly and assisted us in a timely manner with anything we needed. It is just a short walk to several interesting places and to many shops. I was most impressed by the staff, we have stayed at many hotels but this one by far had the most courtious staff. I would highly recommend this Taipa Square Hotel to anyone visiting Macau.

Place - convenient. Environment - nice.
Breakfast buffet - not too many food.

Location - convenient, near to taipa for food buying. Bus stop (from macau mainland) just next to hotel. Room - spacious, nice and comfortable environment - two casinos nearby, one is at ground floor of hotel, the other one is next to hotel. But quiet at room. Room rate - reasonable, but only not too many food for the breakfast buffet, take taxi to venetian only cost within $20.

Great time!”

Friendly staff, clean rooms.
Breakfast wasn't anything special.

The price was very reasonable all things considered. I wasn't looking for a large, fancy hotel/casino so Taipa Square Hotel suited my needs. Other hotels have nicer restaurants and casinos, but this location is great so those other hotels are very accessible. Also close to the airport and ferry terminal so if Macau is a transit stop for you this is the perfect place to stay.

Internet not very fast or stable.

I have stayed in a few hotels in Taipa and Macau, this has been the best value so far. The hotel is above one of the many casino's in Taipa and Macau. Taxi's are very easy to get from the main enterance. Local eating place are also very good.

Should have been a bitt more switched on to New Year's Eve.

The Taipa Square hotel is one of Macau's best kept secrets and great value. Free bus from the Ferry terminal and always offering good quality at an affordable price. Call in to the 'Sports Bar' only 50m Away from the entrance for one of the best bars in Macau with several draft beers.

Nice, reasonable hotel”

location, price

Taipa Square hotel in Taipa is a nice hotel. Rooms are reasonably priced for Macau, although they are a little small and the beds are quite hard. It is in a great location, across the road from the race track and 10min walk from the Portuguese square. I would stay here again if I was in Macau for a night or two but probably not for an extended stay.

Room decoration an acceptable, standard room size medium suitable for couple only, location is convenience.

From Taipa ferry terminal to hotel waiting time too long, hotel location just near Taipa downtown, basic shopping very easy and Macau Jockey club just in front of the hotel, good for horse racing day, upper floor view can see macau city and Macau harbour, by taxi for all sight seeing point not so expensive due to Macau city not so big, conclusion that Taipa Square Hotel has all basic facility just like casino, restaurant etc, that will suitable for couple for holiday short stay.
