We are happy and enjoy to stay here”
None, all is fine
Not Satisfied ”
The breakfast was the WORST ever !! The hotel accepts guests should not be accepted !
The Grand (East) Disaster”
This is not a 4* hotel. It is dirty. It needs fixing up. Staff are untrained and unprofessional. Food/Buffet is below standard. Only 3 pools, not 6 or 7 as advertised. One big pool was filled with soil. All pools were dirty. If you are a local, you get better treatment. Service overall was appalling. Do yourself a favour and avoid this hotel.
We stayed one night in this hotel and had a fantastic experience. This was straight after Eid Al fitr and the hotel was very Muslim and family friendly. The had breakfast and dinner there that was great. The dinner was made of local traditional and fresh food but was overpriced (15JD per person). The rooms were very clean, staff very helpful and the whole family enjoyed the stay there. I strongly recommend. The only downside was people smoking in the lobby and common areas that were meant to be non-smoking and the staff could/should enforce the non-smoking areas as this was full of families and kids
Nice view and comfortable room. ”
Wifi was weak in the room.
Great hotel, private beach, 3 pools, beautiful room, but just the buffet was open, it was not so good and it was expensive , all the others restaurant were close and look abandoned, but overall it was ok
Very bad beach ,a lot off trash .We was celebrating honey moon .so we was very disapointed .hotel old
Good for a short stay”
Clean and big room. Next to Dead Sea even though you have to walk a bit down to reach the private beach. A real "arabic hotel" with music at the poolside and in the evening. The service for check in and out was not the fastest.
Great location, very secure. The rooms are clean, and the staff friendly. I rrally liked it had a private beach at the dead sea and three pools from which one was really big. Thr cafee is also nice, in the evening there s a local band playing live music. The breakfast was grear, lots of variety, and lots of local food. The dinner as well, only the drinks ( no drinks) are included in the buffet dinner. I would visit again if had the chance.
Great location for Dead Sea but awful breakfast and facilities”
If you are staying for 1 night you probably wouldn't be too affected by the downsides in this hotel, but our 8 day stay was extremely disappointing. The quality of the breakfast is very poor for a 5* hotel, not even fresh squeezed juice. They search bags on the way into the hotel in order to make sure that you do not bring in your own food and drink. I have stayed in hotels all around the world and this is the first place that has prevented me from bringing in bottles of water and fruit etc - COMPLETE MADNESS, especially given the remote location, literally miles from a decent shopping area.
Nice hotel and beach”
Very good hotel and access to the beach.
Such a bad service I don’t recommend at all ”
Reciption said yes but never did anything room stayed unclean also when I went out for a walk outside the hotel I wasn’t able to com back to my hotel because they said it was 11 clock we are closed
Nicely located by the dead sea”
Room was nice and clean, many different breakfast options, several different pools, very nice and friendly staff. We stayed only for one night, but we received a complimentary fruit platter and minibar filled with soft drinks to our room.
Patient staff despite all problems”
When we arrived to the reception at 3 pm, the hotel computer system was down due to a technical problem and it was a big miss!! we checked in around 6:00 pm. Unfortunately there were some rude guest who started to shout and be un-polite. Despite this and despite the fact that the hotel is still under soft opening, the staff was trying their best to manage things manually and they were very gentle and polite with all guests. I would like to thank the friendly and helpful staff specially Mr. Mohammed Kokash (GM), Mr. Abu Awwad and Mr Baker Battikhi, they really converted our bad experience to good ones and they regret for the unexpected problem the provide us avrombhhcomplimentary dinner as a compensation.
You will get better facility in 3 star hotel”
The rooms are small. sofas dirty. bathroom sucks vary bad finishig & fittings shower not working toilet wash not working no toilet paper or tissues in room which we have to request no water & friedge is empty drawers dusty small elevators & floor is broken this is for delux room !!!!

Chambre bien vue bien nourriture horrible extérieur mal entretenu triste ”
