Grand Estonian Has Seen Better Days”
Stayed overnight here in March 2023 and it wasn’t the same as we remembered from previous stays. The staff was friendly, the building was clean and the bathroom was large and nice with a jetted tub. However, we were disappointed with all the noise. People hanging out in our hallway and talking loudly until after midnight, babies crying, multiple dogs barking and the people out in the street and drinking in the parking lot made for a less-than-peaceful. Breakfast left a lot to be desired, especially the tasteless, lukewarm coffee. But at least the old hotel was clean.

Wedding nearby ”
We stayed here for an overnight for a wedding. The parking was a nightmare we had to park in their handicap spot after trying the one across street, that is what front desk told us to do it was frustrating we were tired! The hotel is beautiful the room very nice but we couldn’t use elevator and it was so confusing to get to. Overall I’d stay again because it was a nice hotel just not crazy about the parking or room access but once in room it was comfortable and a very nice room

Even though the stay was short the hotel was amazing!!!! Clean, location amazing, too bad pool wasn't open for the kids, and night time staff was very loud! Could hear them from our room when it was supposed to be quiet hours! Felt very safe with having to have a hotel kept to get in! Would def come back!

Room was spacious and clean. Upon checking in we were told that breakfast was available untill 10:30 so we slept in after a night out at the theater and dinner, went for breakfast at 10am and were told at that time breakfast was over at 9:30. 1 coffee pod in a room with 2 people? Called for more and had to call again because they must have forgotten. Expectations were not met in that regard and we were not even offered any type of breakfast item that may have been available after hours.

Room was as described online, Good breakfast that lacked meat. Scrambled eggs were freshly made and so were pancakes. Good coffee. Bath room was very nice. Forgot my swim trunks so missed opportunity to take a swim in the indoor pool All facilities were excellent and we enjoyed our stay. Free parking in closed lot was greatly appreciated, Hotel is within walking distance of several good restaurants and attractions.

Hand written sign notifying residents of mail or info with names crossed out. Sloppy management practice. If the notice is needed, take the time and prepare notice and send out by email to those involved or print out notice and put it in a frame. Also, the sign certificate on file in elevator had letters missing. Tacky. The bulletin board needs Management and guidance to elimate the crowded and unkeep look. King size bed very comfortable but to big for room. You could not walk around bed if some one was sitting at desk. It is obvious that a great effort to produce a high quality residences and hotel is being taken and these items take away from the efforts.
