Sangat mengecewakan ”
Sy pesan 2 kmr deluxe melalui agoda. Wkt check-in, resepsionis agk bingung krn ktnya hrsnya sistem mrk di agoda sdh ditutup krn kmr sdh penuh. Stlh menunggu +/- 15 mnt, akhirnya sy & kolega dpt kmr. Mskipun sy pesan kmr non-smoking, tp krn penuh jd hrs di smoking room. Sy sdh minta pindah di hari ke-2 krn penyakit sinusitis sy makin parah akibat bau rokok di kamar tsb, tp tdk bs krn ktnya kmr penuh. Selain itu, sjk awal sy curiga bhw kmr yg diberikan kpd sy adl superior, mskipun sy pesan & bayar utk deluxe. Brdsrkn foto di website hotel, layout & interior kmr yg sy tempati trtulis di website sbg kmr superior. Slain itu, kmr kolega sy di lantai 4 jg lbh baik dari kmr yg sy tempati. Kecurigaan smakin mnguat stlh brdsrkn obrolan dg petugas lapangan, sy dpt info bhw kmr di lt. 2 smuanya superior, sdgkn kmr deluxe di lantai atas. Sy tny hal ini kpd resepsionis yg melayani sy wkt check-in, tp dia ttp blg bhw kmr sy deluxe. Sy tdk tau ini sbnrnya bgmn. YG PALING MEMBUAT SY MARAH ADL LISTRIK KMR SAYA MATI TIGA MALAM BERTURUT-TURUT (SEMUA MALAM SY MENGINAP) & SY SELALU TERBANGUN JM 3 PAGI KRN KEPANASAN! (HNYA KAMAR SY, SDGKN BAGIAN LAIN HOTEL TDK BERMASALAH) Stp pagi sy komplain dan resepsionis MENJANJIKAN bhw mrk PASTI AKAN MEMPERBAIKI DAN MENGATAKAN BHW TDK AKAN MATI LAGI, TP TRNYTA TTP MATI MALAMNYA. Saat sy komplain di malam ke-2, petugas blg bhw di kamar tsb mmng ada mslh dg kelistrikan. Sy minta pindah kamar krn sy tdk mau menginap di kmr yg brmsalah listriknya, tp petugas blg tdk bs krn ktnya kmr penuh dan yg tersisa hny regency suite. Pd malam pertama & malam ke-2, resepsionis sll menanyakan nomor kmr sy, kmd br mmberikan saran perbaikan. Tp di malam ke-3 ktk sy komplain, resepsionis bhkan lgsg mmberikan saran tnp bertanya no kmr atau tny ttg mslhnya lbh lanjut; (asumsi sy) seakan-akan sdh tau kmr sy akn kmbli bermslh dan psti sy akn komplain lg. Tidak ada kompensasi apapun dari pihak hotel. SAYA SANGAT KECEWA & TIDAK AKAN MAU MENGINAP LAGI DI SINI!
