was here few years back it was new and clean so i chose this hotel again for business trip. but the beginning was not so pleasant as i was given room 221 that was not clean up during check in then i was given another worst room at level 1, room 105, this is a very rundown room, awkward smell and all bedsheet is grey color, toilet is very bad condition. i stayed for awhile and requested for a room change later. they were still kind to change for me to room 321. this room is much better than 105. toilet is clean and overall condition is still new and no awful smell in room. The only 1 thing they should improve is the bedsheet and pillow cover. they are so old that turned grey instead of white. a bit eery but not as bad as room 105. hopefully they could improve on this on my next visit. i need to praised the staff on the morning shift, they are very helpful and attended. due to business visit, i sometimes need to receive parcels, they were so kind to receive for me after my checkouts. 5 star for this! But the afternoon shift staff need improvement. for the breakfast, not wide spread but good enough and tasty. the Kopi O is superb. Ample parking outside the hotel although not free but they are very helpful to pay the parking fees for guests in advance to avoid any compound. this is also another 5 star service the hotel provided. peace of mind.
