Excellent Hotel, Great Value for Money”
The hotel could be accessed thru public transport system from the Macau ferry, strategically located. Just a few walks is the Ponte 16, ruins of Saint Paul, and other attractions Macau has to offer. The hotel was brand new, just a few days away from its opening so you could still smell the varnish and paints, wifi still being installed, but not a big problem. Food kiosks are just around the corner with few steps away from the hotel. Staff were cool and friendly.

Value for money”
no doubt it is quite secluded considering the price, nice receptionist, a guy is so helpful. Macau is a small place, need walk a bit to casinos, but near to St Paul Ruins. Many hidden food stalls nearby. Far from city center, so quite quiet. A bit hard to get cab from hotel..

No wireless!”
Everything was fine about this stay except the lack of wireless. Dealbreaker! Also, no one knows where this hotel is, so get its Cantonese name and address written down before you arrive in Macau. I had no internet on my phone so I ended up wandering around trying to find this place to no avail. It's difficult to find.

Decent budget hotel, but far from attractions”
The hotel is far from the tourist attractions. It is at least 15 to 20 mins walk to Senado Square. However, it is near a bus stop with buses bringing you to anywhere within Macau Peninsular. There is also a direct bus from the bus stop near the hotel to the ferry terminal This will come in useful as it is difficult to catch a cab in Macau. There are a few famous eatery located within 5 min walk from the hotel and some open till late. So would not have difficulty looking for food there. The room is quite large with all the basic amenities. Choose the rooms facing the wharves if you prefer a view of Zhuhai. At the time of my stay, internet is only available in the hotel lobby. No breakfast. If you are looking for a decent 3 star hotel that does no burn a hole in your pocket and do not mind walking, this hotel would be a good choice.

Great stay! Affordable hotel!”
Our stay in this hotel was superb! Every part of our room was clean. We got a nice, big room with a wide window overlooking the Macau Harbor. It's near a sort of public market and there's a convenient store just around its corner, so, filling in an empty stomach is not a problem. The bus stations are just a few blocks away. And if you're OK with walking, Luis de Camoes Garden is just a 7 to 10-minute walk away. And by the way, we booked a twin room via Agoda at 50% off! Wasn't that amazing?!?

Has seen better days”
Location-wise, a little out of the way, but has quite a few eateries around. There is a place selling the most heavenly dumplings right across the road from the hotel. Walking distance to tourist spots like Senado Square. In terms of what's inside the hotel, they have what must have been the hardest beds in all of Macau. That wasn't all; there were holes in the sheets, stains on the pillows, the towels were torn, the soap dispenser was empty for our entire stay, and the fridge had a different plug but no adaptor (we had to request one from the reception). Oh, and on the 2nd day we were there, while standing outside the hotel, we heard an alarming cracking sound and noticed a spiderweb of cracks spreading across one of the glass panels in front of the hotel. We quickly got out of the way, and when we returned that day, the entire panel was gone. I'm glad we weren't around when it completely shattered. There was still no replacement glass when we checked out a couple of days later.

A convenience place to stay”
The location of the hotel is pretty convenient and on several bus routes. The small supermarket nearby and fruit stall opposite make getting snacks simple. The rooms were tiny, so it would not be the kind of place you would want to spend all day in. Good views from the harbour facing room and wifi is available if you leave a deposit. Not a place for a romantic getaway, more a place to stay if convenience is important.

Everything was great ”
In between the city, you get kind of an apartment without kitchen. You have a supermarket just below the hotel. Worth the money. Would recommend for sure

1 Night Stay at Grand Harbour Hotel”
The stay was comfortable without any hassle for check in and check out. Only hassle was obtaining taxi at the hotel location and there is hardly any taxi which will pass by the hotel without any passenger on board. Have to walk to the nearest larger hotel (Sofitel) which is 600m away with all our baggage to obtain a taxi ride to the airport.

Great for the price, nice view of mainland China”
I was pleasantly surprised. I needed a place to stay for 1 night at a low price point. Compared to other hotels in the area this was a great value. Room was clean and comfortable. Minor inconvenience was that they wouldn't take a credit card to cover incidentals, etc. They required $MOP500. Luckily I had enough cash, so I didn't have to go hunting for an ATM.

Review of hotel”
Only one staff member on reception could speak a little English. I didn't use the restaurant as nobody spoke English and had no idea what I was asking. The room was clean, comfortable and basic. Where the fridge ;ocated was there was nowhere to plug it in. Overall I thought the hotel was overpriced for its location.......but that might just be Macau

Good if discounted”
This hotel is ok if get for a good price. But it wasn't spotless clean and staff not the friendliest but they spoke English. Location not bad can walk around most of the city. Free water is a bonus too.

Good view, but a bit far from attraction ”
Great for the first night, as they free upgrade me to a suit, but there is no hot water for bathtub, only for shower. for a standard room, the price if a bit high, but the view is nice, and room size is okay,. Just that a bit far from attraction, but there is a lot of buses passes by, so the problems will be you need to prepare a lot of coins for taking buses. Overall, nice experience.

Nice rooms, terrible staff, service and location”
We did not enjoy our stay with the Grand Harbour Hotel. The front desk staff were rude and made no attempt to help us with directions or inquiries making us feel very uncomfortable anytime we asked any questions at all. The hotel lacked any internet connection whatsoever. It advertised a restaurant but it was still under construction. The location is very remote and far away from any amenities or the airport/ferry terminal. The rooms were well furnished and had running hot water, however the fire alarm in the hallway outside of our room would go off every three hours, without fail, for about 5 minutes. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody! With no wifi and no help from the staff you will have a hard time trying to find your way to anything nearby. If anyone does get stuck staying here, there is free wifi at a park about 5 minutes walk east from behind the hotel, it is an outdoor workout park placed by the government with free internet there. Use it to find a different place to stay. Cheers!

Good hotel”
Hotel room was very clean and nice. Abit small but not bad. Only bad thing was it was quite out of the way and there were no taxis to take. Had to walk to the Main Street or the nearest hotel Sofitel to get a taxi. Nearby street has a lot of food at night so not a problem for eating. You get what you pay for. If they have wifi in the room would be a plus.

NewBie Hotel”
This new hotel is on the other end of the main road with the Sofitel Ponte 16 in the middle & the famous Goddess Of Sea on the other end. It's a close 17 minutes walk to Senado Square. Checking in was brisk but U must have ready a MOP/HKD 500 for the deposit of your room cardkey & mind U in CASH only. No wifi is a BIG minus!!! I had a room on the 8th Floor facing the river. It was relatively quiet during my 1 night stay here. Room was basic & compact but i found the bed quite comfortable. The bathroom/toilet is a good size with separate showers. Water pressure was strong & hot water readily available during the cold spell I had during my stay. Local restaurants are nearby.

This was the cheapest hotel I could find, so didn’t expect much. But the room was really nice.. I would definitely stay here again.

Ok for just overnight ”
It was ok for just an overnight stay. As I was in Macau for a party night and so got to hotel to rest for couple of hours before my departure. Hotel is new, basic, and clean. If you do not want to spend a few thousand Hong Kong dollars, then this is the good budget. However, the location us not easy to get taxi , need to walk out to main street .

better buy”
This hotel is cheap hotel in Macau. However, is just a little inconvenient place. There is no dining options in the neighborhood at night.
