Disappointing”
Great location, and nice view over the water. But the whole feeling is of a tired hotel. Basic tea and coffee facilities in the room, no room service menu in the room and a very noisy bed with creaky springs.

Main reason booked was for pool facilities”
We were not informed the pool was out of action for month when we went to pool and every staff member said oh it will be ready next month which did not help and as I paid a premium for the hotel as I wanted the pool I felt very cheated and there was no real apology or offer of a discount for the visit or future visit. Cannot recommend

Great location, great room but expensive for lack ”
We stayed for one night, whilst on our way to Beaulieu motor museum. Location was perfect with parking at a cost of £10 per night and our room with a balcony was great. However we booked on the proviso, and paid the additional cost, that we had access to the swimming pool & spa. It's closed for refurbishment and were not told at point of booking and no compensation was offered.....Disappointing...... Hotel was clean, but could do with a bit of love and updating.

For such a large hotel there was just one Receptionist handling incoming calls, people checking in etc, and this meant a long wait.

The room was not the cleanest, cobwebs and dust. generally not what I expected for the price. I would have expected WIFI to be included. I paid less for a Hilton and got wifi included.
