Tucked away from the main tourist neighborhoods of Myeongdong or Itaewon, the Swiss Grand is conveniently located minutes from the King's Palace but in a quieter and more remote area. Very family friendly with hiking and play areas right behind the hotel, quiet during COVID observation. Room service order of spaghetti and burger were tasty to eat in isolation.

Seen better days but still good for suites”
Booked the 4 bedroom suite as it is one of or the only hotel that has big suites in Seoul at least. You can tell it is quite old but everything looks maintained well in a way. They could’ve updated the TV to a bigger one in the lounge area of the suite. Had to borrow HDMI cable (but was a bit of a hassle to configure). There is a CU at the main hotel building which is open until 1am - since the suites are at different buildings. The hotel concierge were kind and accommodating enough.

A Grand Place To Stay”
If you’re a backpacker on a budget or insist on staying in the centre of town where the shops and the nightlife are a few steps away, the Grand Hilton Seoul is not for you. However, if you love to be comfortable, have deeper pockets and are willing to take the hotel’s hourly shuttle bus to the city centre or a subway station from which you can go anywhere in Seoul, you may want to consider staying here. The hotel’s service is impressive; the staff are polite, generally fluent in English, remember you and take initiative to assist you even with little things like pulling aside the curtains while you take a peek out a window. The hotel’s rooms are well-appointed, with a European air. The toiletries are Crabtree & Evelyn; the furniture and sheets are clean and luxurious. In the mornings you may wish to indulge in the sumptuous buffet breakfast provided at one of the hotel’s restaurants – both Western and Asian fare are represented, in generous amounts. I was warned that the location of the hotel was remote and inaccessible; while it is true that the Grand Hilton Seoul is not near the city centre, it is quite easily accessible from the airport (via taxi or airport limousine bus 6005 from Incheon airport, which stops at the foot of the hill the hotel sits on. A hotel van will pick you up and take you the rest of the way) and the hotel’s hourly shuttle buses make travelling into the city centre comfortable and convenient. The shuttle bus stops at a few stops, including subway stations and Itaewon (a popular drinking place), and will also pick you up from there and return you to the hotel according to a schedule. It takes about half an hour for the whole trip, one way. Details can be found at the hotel reception.

Lovely hotel with excellent staff”
this is probably my 3rd comments about this hotel since i booked the hotel for my group. so don't think of me as spam if you see me too many times. anyway, this is the 2nd time i stay in grand hilton hotel and i still enjoy staying here. room is clean, staff is friendly and speak fluent english. when you stay in this hotel, you need to know that there are 2 hilton hotels in seoul. so make sure you bring a hotel card with you and show that to a taxi driver since most of taxi drivers in seoul do not speak english and if you just say hilton, they will take you to the millennium hilton hotel.

Nice hotel but no reasonably priced dining onsite”
We enjoyed our stay at the Grand Hilton Seoul Hotel. Our only complaint is that if you booked a room with no breakfast, even the continental breakfast turned out to be $68 US for 2 adults and one child; coffee was $6 a cup. There were few international dining options in the morning immediately down the hill from the hotel, so we ended up buying a few items to eat in the room. Otherwise, we thought the hotel and staff were excellent and liked being able to hop the hourly shuttle to get to more central locations or the subway. Immediately behind the hotel is a lovely hill that is well worth the climb to see Seoul as far as the Han River. We'd stay at this hotel again, despite the limited food scene.

Great service and nice staff in the hotel. The hotel has everything inside, gym, big swimming pool, chinese restuarant, japanese restaurant, western, bar with singers. It is just next to convention centre. it is great for the meeting. Food is great especially the japanese restaurant, real japanese, not korean japanese food. The staff is very flexible and friendly and they have provided the shuttle to go shopping. They provide shuttle every 30mins that is very convenient to go everywhere, especially the hotel is very close to tourist place.

I would stay here again if I visit Seoul to work with Daelim. The free bus to the city just stops right in front of Daelim office so for me this is perfect.

Wonderful hotel with good service”
Hotel is very well appointed, good facilities and well maintained. Of course staff is excellent. There's a good gym, business centre is efficient. Staff is very helpful and courteous, and always willing to suggest things to do. Hotel is not close to shopping areas, but taxis are easily available and not expensive. Hotel also provides a free bus although times are restrictive.

Nice Hotel”
Grand Hilton although not located in the heart of the city centre, the Hotel provides a shuttle bus to the city. The shuttle runs every hour and I find it convenient to take the shuttle. Hotel room is big, clean and amenities full. The receptionists are well mannered and they all speak English. Just at the bottom of the 'hill' where is Hotel is located, one can find local food at a very reasonable price.

I'm really impressed by the staff here, they are friendly, helpful and they will help you with everything they can. One guy here even helped me to book a baseball ticket by his credit card. a little far from downtown Seoul, which might be an issue with business meetings which should be held downtown Seoul, but most of all, clean, and friendly environment, I recommend this hotel to any personal or business travel folks.. Food wise, it was also great to have all three different kinds of restaurants..

Grand Hilton - Seoul”
The hotel is situation outside the city but near the airport. It will take around 70 minutes from incheon airport to the hotel bus stop. Booking through agoda is easy and acknowledged by the front desk. However, group bookings may have problems when it comes to change of guarantor in the case of early check out. The rooms are clean but quite disappointing if compared with other hilton hotels.

The room facility and faculties are nice. The food in hotel is relatively expansive, however, no restaurants nearby due to the location of hotel is relatively remote. The handle of room door is broken, though.
