When using Uber, it's a lot cheaper especially for a first time Traveller to Paris who doesn't speaks french at all. The metro is a bit confusing for us as we don't know how to pronounce the French words. The location of our hotel is strategic and close to both railway stations. Gare Du Nord and Gare De l'est. Halal restaurant is very very close to the hotel, just across the road and affordable. The meeting point of our bus transportation to Disneyland is also close by (83 Rue De Maubeuge) just a few minutes drive from the hotel. Our room is clean and very nice, facing the road and buildings with nice view. It is very cozy and comfortable, with table and chair. The staff are just wonderful. When I booked our room, it was discounted price.

They have a little lift but at least they have one ! Clean bedsheets and there is a shampoo and soap too in the bathroom. Clean towels and a nice view from the window. Excellent staff !

Old but super clean”
Old old old. Needs updating BUT scrupulously clean. The floor in our room was slanted and very uneven but the bathroom was squeaky clean. The shower was GREAT. Very Hot water. I didn't realize I needed to turn the radiator on so it was cold in the room for two nights. I asked the front desk why the room was cold. Lol! While we were out they turned it on for us and we came back to a warm room. I would stay here again if I needed budget accommodations. The continental breakfast is a little overpriced. 9euros...

The fairly basic room - wooden floor, no tea or coffee - had reading-light for bed, which too few have. There was a small balcony and chair. The real plus was the en-suite bathroom, scrupulously clean. WiFi that worked; TV. I would have welcomed tea/coffee, but that is a small negative. I’d book again.

Very good location ”
It is very close to the main train station. The room was a bit old. Bathroom was big with bathtub and hairdryer. There is a lift but very tiny only fit in 1 person plus his/her luggage. The area around was not very safe though, lots a people hung around and lots of pubs nearby

Easy to reach from the airport and near to the major stations Gare du Nord and Gare del Est. Sufficient breakfast with fresh croissant and baguette and strong filtered coffee. Very small lift. Staff is very friendly and helpfull. There is a wide choice of restaurants around - from upper class french kitchen down to fast-food. Wifi does not reach all rooms.

Location is perfect, but the room is rather small”
We slept only a night there as the train arrived really late and the hotel is very near the train station. The room was really small and a little noisy as it's near the street. It was okay to spend a night, but I would not make it a base for longer trip. The staffs were very helpful though.

Get what you pay for”
There is nothing spectacular or poor about this hotel. It’s budget yes and basic but that’s because it’s basic. It’s location is both superb and horrendous at the same time. Right outside Gare d’lest and a decent bus hub there are also bars/restaurants so close you could shout your order from your room window which is great, what’s not so great is they would never hear you, as is very very noisy, 24 hours a day with men shouting all through the night moped horns and sirens. There is no air conditioning and the rooms get very warm so it’s either sweat to death or get no sleep because of the noise. That said is a cheap hotel in a decent location and if your on a budget it’s great, just pack ear plugs

The location is fantastic as it is very near the train and restaurants. It is a decent hotel, felt safe but not all rooms are created equal at this hotel. Request for the newly renovated rooms, the ones with wood flooring. The elevator is teeny tiny and it is very busy so be ready to use the stairs.

Gare the l'est is a busy area (tourists, pubs and restaurents)with a lot of police and ambulance syren noise. The rooms aren't sound proof. The day time staff is helpful and courteous. The night attendant is not too quick to respond as access after midnight upon ringing doorbell. Very limited services at night. The building is out of date and needs some work. Cleanless is ok and pricing is ok but this hotel is not for everyone that is used to standards in North America and Australia. Overall rate would an ok 5.5 as for bank for the buck!

The hotel is in perfect location to the north paris. Very convenient to the train stations and comnections. However the hotel has extremely poor wifi. The hotel has i guess the world’s smallest elevator.
