I would like to start complimenting the brilliant receptionist named Ida. She was extremely professional and friendly. She helped us to book a taxi which I would not be able to do it myself without her help. The room was very clean and well equipped.

Perfect deal”
It’s a 3star Hotel, not 5 star. It is located at the central station, not in a fine area of the city. If you keep that in mind, it’s a great value for money option! The staff was always friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean. I am very keen on the fact of cleaniness. The location is perfect for the start of your excursions. All trains are starting within minutes of the hotel. Also the airport Bus stopps near of the hotel. For that price it’s really perfect.

Simple, clean, quiet hotel in a good location”
Simple, clean, quiet hotel room. Our room was compact but good value for money. Very close to the train station so perfect if travelling to Pompeii or Sorrento. Would stay again.

A good central place to tour from”
We stayed here for 3 nights, and it gets the job done. The staff were terrific, very helpful and accommodating. We had a red wine spill on their white sheets and it was a non-issue. Wi-Fi is a bit spotty and unreliable which wasn’t great. and I found the area leaves a bit to be desired, but we found an amazing restaurant nearby where we actually had all three dinners at (Pizzeria Scugnizzo Trattoria), a great grocery store where we picked up some staples a few times. Shower water pressure was amazing. The chambermaids on the 2nd day didn’t change our big towels (which in and of itself is fine with us) but we didn’t know and they had folded them up as if fresh so when we went to use them the next day they were cold and damp from the day prior. If you need a place to drop your luggage and sleep, this will do it. The proximity to Napoli Centrale made the various trips and tours we did super easy, and coming in and out of the city was a breeze. Oh they offered breakfast and it was decent; fresh, some meat, cheese, tomatoes and pastries.

It's very close to the central station but relatively far from the city's landmarks, easily accessible through metro or bus at around 1,1 euro. The breakfast is well worth the 7 euros and the staff is generally friendly and helpful.

Excellent location. Clean, comfortable and good breakfast . Only negative comment the in house restaurant has a very limited menu and food doesn’t reflect the real taste of local dishes. Hower there are plenty of restaurants snd Trattorie in walking distance.

Decent hotel, handy to Naples Centrali”
The room was fine, hotel staff was very good. We loved being a short walk to the Centrali. We didn't love the homeless on the street as we walked to and from the Centrali, but it wasn't a matter of feeling at risk, just saddened by seeing people urinating on themselves and buildings. It wouldn't keep us from staying here again, we've seen worse in our travels.

Decent for the price”
The hotel is located a short walking distance from the Central Train station, which is convenient, but the hotel's surrounding area is very scary to be in after hours so take that in mind, the staff was very helpful , and the rooms are decently clean, no fridge but there is a safe in the room.

Neighborhood unsightly”
Very close to Central Station, 15-20 Minute metro ride from downtown. Lots of homeless people camping out near the station. The hotel was very nice but not the neighborhood.

Thank you for clean and calm rooms. Hotel location is only few minutes from the main naples train station and about 30 minutes from the centre of city. The staff helpfull and nice. For short time staying really good price.
