overall it's good but it's a shame when the wifi can't be used in all rooms because the router is too far, I have complained but yes the solution does not satisfy me. wifi is important to me here because the signal from my own cellphone at the hotel feels bad so I really rely on the wifi.

Good hotel but unprofessional”
Overall the hotel is nice but i a little bit disappointed because the unprofessional of the staff. I've asked for one large bed but i got two single bed I also came at 4 PM but i can not check in. The staff said that they're waiting one guess who check out late

Superior room: Quiet, strong shower, free shuttle to airport, helpful staff (can rent motorbike, print from their office), close to mini market, bus terminal. The wifi is better at the 2nd floor (compared to the 5th floor). one electrical plug on each side of the bed.

great location. clean friendly staff, motorcycle available to rent. free breakfast must look at the booking carefully. wifi is the problem here other then that its great. highly recommended.

The most terrible things that makes me wont stay again here because my room has 3 little cockroach. I found it all in the bathroom. So Im speechless. And the room need the maintenance, the wall, the plug, it need renewed. I’m sorry to say this but hope this Hotel can be better in the future😊 The staff are friendly, the location is good.
