It is one of the grandest facility I have stayed so far. Everything you need to spend your day is within the hotel. But the rooms I got through bargain hunter, AGODA, was not worth it. Rooms were old (the facility is old), rather less maintained. Air con was not working properly and they could not find another room with king bad within this few thousand rooms facility. They were trying to push me into a lesser room despite informing them that I have a 2 year old. My guess is that they were not willing to upgrade me to compensate their fault. After some heated conversation they converted 2 single bed into one and even that took them over 2 hours to do. Huge disappointment for such a grand and luxurious hotel. The facility is undoubtedly a great one.

Relaxing Holiday
We stayed at the Grand Hyatt in Nusa Dua as a couple. The hotel is set on extensive grounds with beautiful ponds and water features. The mature gardens are very well manicured, The beach is really nice and wide and has many trees which offer naturel shade..... that is a real bonus compared to other hotels that we saw on that stretch of beach. I would like to say that id di not realize when booking, but this is a hotel which is ideal for families and there are a lot of children. We do not have children and wanted a chill/quiet holiday. Luckily we had booked a Grand Club room with executive lounge access which was so serene and tranquil. It is the best club lounge I have ever seen, Open air, surrounded by ponds and with fish and ducks and beautiful water lilies etc...... The manager, assistant manager and club team are so welcoming and do a fantastic job. The Club rooms also have a dedicated pool, so it was perfect for us as it was quiet and so was the beach close to this pool. We loved the hotel and would return for sure..... however I have to mention that the restaurants and food that we tried let the hotel down, which is a real shame. The Italian restaurant was just so so for me.... My husband really was not impressed by the food. We tried it twice. The Balinese cultural show buffet was really not to our liking either. I felt like I was a tourist at those commercial excursions and diners..... not the standard I expected of the Grand Hyatt. The food by the pool was ok.... We did not try the Japanese restaurant. However I would still return but eat outside of the hotel. There are different hotels in the area, easily accessible by taxi. Overall a fantastic stay at a beautiful hotel and recommended for everyone.

Enjoyable staying
Good locations, clean beach and good for relaxing. Friendly staff. The room consider as just ok for a 5* hotel. Room have ants, amenities for the toilet is as good as 3* hotel. Take 20 minutes to check in. As most reviews mention, the restaurants are expensive.

Good hotel
Beautiful grounds, room was a little small and not quite what I expected for 3 people, grand garden view overlooked the nearby road and not the main grounds.

Over priced, poor service
The pools aren't nice enough for the price. The interior furniture was badly set up, the shower was broken and the bath tub was old. Staffs were loud and not helpful/kind.
