Lovely property in Dubai”
We booked for just one night to celebrate my wife's birthday. Had a nice time. Property was very beautiful. Loved the forest effect on the lower ground floor around which the restaurants are located. Food was good(had dinner and breakfast at the hotel). A special mention of Roshan at the concierge who got a birthday set up arranged in the room. It was indeed a beautiful gesture. Thank you.

The services and hospitality by all the staff were excellent! They attended us well at all times and we were impressed by their courtesy. The hotel was massize and the amenities are amazing. We enjoyed our stay and had a great time. Special thanks to Jenny, Hazeem and Abhi, who took very good care of us during our stay. Thanks for your group on singing Happy Birthday to my son! Grand Hyatt had made my honeymoon a memorable one. With a complimentary cake and an upgraded room with an amazing view, overlooking the Dubai Creek and boasting a huge pool for both kids and adults, the staff is great and we had a great time at Grand Hyatt! Great Place with Hyatt Surprise!”
Fist room looked out over building site and had concerns about noise the next working day...no worries moved without a problem, small delay but all good. Staff great place great not what I was expecting very relaxed greenery everywhere inside & outside nothing was to much trouble for the staff and the deal we managed to get HB with drinks for 2 hours was great value, the late check out the following day meant no rushing around after breakfast. Well done the team in each and every area, we will be back!

Stayed here for three nights, good ambiance, enjoyed outdoor pool huge area, perfect breakfast and dinner. Very accomodating staff. Overall i would recommended and looking forward to stay again
