I think improvement is needed to be made to the receptionists' side. When I checked in, I was being promoted with a range of services offer by the hotel instead of focusing on my needs. This hotel location is never near the MTR as such if you do not know how to navigate via the shortcut, it will take you more than 10mins to reach the MTR. I found out on the night myself. Before this trip, I stayed at Peninsula Hotel. The service provided by Peninsula Hotel is definitely much better than this. Very professional. I give 4 stars for the Staff is because the night shift managers have assisted me in resolving an issue with much patient and care. Recommended if you are willing to walk a long distance to get to the MTR. Overall, it is a fine hotel as cleanliness is OK (the room). If you need anything just give the housekeeping a call, they would be able to cater to your needs. Quiet which is good. Despite the long walk to MTR, if you go by the shortcut it is fully sheltered need not worried about raining days. I tried their Chinese restaurant which is OK too. The toilet cleaner is very polite and helpful. Food is OK too!
