Singapore and Korea have a VTL arrangement but many local smaller hotels do not not want to accept tourists who are waiting for their on-arrival PCR results. I got to know Grand Hyatt Incheon does. When I called to verify , a staff by the name of Chaeyeon was very helpful and assured me my friends and I could isolate ourselves in the room while waiting for the results. Taxi fare was only 5,000 won from Incheon airport. Upon check in there’s a guy who’s very friendly too. Can’t remember his name but he speaks English really well and we were attended by him during check in on 16 Nov at around 7pm. Room service food needs improvement. Extra bed was impossible to sleep on due to poor quality mattress springs. Our poor friend ended up sleeping on the coach which was more comfortable. The king bed was comfortable. The room has a kitchen nook, two bathrooms and a living room. It’s huge! We are just grateful we had a comfortable place to sleep in.

Spent a night away here as a "mom getaway." I needed to kill a night while waiting for someone flying into Incheon. I booked a massage and upgraded to a suite. It was SO lovely. That being said, it was also very pricey. But well worth it for what I was looking for.

In general, everything was great, except one of our rooms had this strong chlorine smell. There is a small children playground outdoor and an indoor children pool which were great. Restaurants are 10 minutes away on foot, and especially the location is very close to the airport.
