Check-in was earlier, we could get the room right away. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. Thank you. We could rest because of the exhausting long-haul flight. The room is large and clean. Everything is complete in the room, the air conditioning is cool, and all the facilities are new and well-maintained. The bathroom is large with 2 luxurious and bright sinks. We really enjoyed the romantic atmosphere of our room and we will come back to stay here again. Home sweet home...
Had to stay at jakarta due to my health condition. Grand hyatt live up to their 5 star hospitality. Altho I did not manage to use their facilities or a chance to have their breakfast but the room wise it's very spacious and comfortable, equipped with all essential necessities. It's connected to Plaza Indo, so it's easy to get food and groceries. Also easy to grab order anytg, the concierge will call u when ur things arrive and even offer to bring up to ur room. For the room size, and service, it's worth the price for city stay in Jakarta.
