Comfortable Stay ”
Our First stay with Grand Hyatt Mumbai was "FABULOUS" we have booked our stay for a wedding Night and we were extremely skeptical about the safety and sanitisation of the hotel, wonderful from check-in was taken by Anushree and Sujay surprisingly we were been upgraded yo suite our Room was absolutely clean and very well made, Special mention Guest service officer Mr. Adnan Shaikh who are extremely guest oriented and it showed in his behaviour. Not to miss talking about the food Amazing!!! Truly service oriented, would highly recommend Hyatt to all future guests. All I can say is the training they receive must be exemplary. A big thank you to HYATT I would also like to share this review with the General & Hotel Manager of Grand Hyatt Mumbai- indeed has a great team :) Looking forward for another wonderful stay at "GRAND HYATT MUMBAI" Cheers..

Grand Hyatt Mumbai”
As expected from a Grand Hyatt great rooms, very friendly, helpful and attentive staff-great location, good breakfast and an excellent selection of resturants-Indian,Chinese,Italian and coffee shop Everything about hotel spells class and is recommended A bit expensive but worth it -great location too close to domestic airport and the new business centers in Juhu, Kurla,Andheri etc. Would recommend this hotel to anyone-staff was very easy with both offering very early check in and late check out.Food and room service is very good. Also connected to own shopping mall.Good health club-swimming pool, salon -has everything in the hotel itself A MUST Stay in Mumbai and easily among top 5 bets hotels in Mumbai
Nice hotel with great price.”
Grand Hyatt Mumbai us one of best hotel in Mumbai,India. The hotel is provide shuttle from and to airport. This hotel have many great food restaurant like Italy,Chinese,India. The hotel staff is very friendly & helpful. The hotel room is clean, big and very comfortable.
A bit far off but cozy and comfy”
This was the second time I stayed at the Grand Hyatt and generally enjoyed it. I've stayed at the Oberoi in Nariman, at the Taj Lands End in Bandra, Four Seasons in Worli, and Sofitel and Trident in BKC so I write this review relative to these other experiences. First, the bad: 1) In terms of location, this hotel generally has fewer things to offer around the vicinity. It is close to the airport but other than that, it's rather far from Andherri (if that's your point of interest) and it is quite a bit of a drive if you want to go to Bandra area and it will surely take you an hour (on a weekend!) to get down to Worli area so really, be prepared to spend some time in Mumbai traffic! 2) The hotel condition: the rooms are actually well-maintained (more on this later) but the general appearance of the hotel seems it's getting worn down. Facade paint is peeling of massively. But not that it matters when your indoors anyway. Second, the good: 1) Dining options: the restaurant has quite a bit of an array of dining options from Indian, to Italian to Asian. Taste is over all good but definitely on the pricey side. Imagine, Gulab Jamun for almost Rs600! That should give you an idea of food prices at the hotel. If you're staying in the Club Floors, you get beverages (at least coffee) throughout the day and the coctail spread is quite good too. 2) Rooms: Generally spacious relative to other hotels in the same category. Clean, well-kept and there's not much to complain about. Of course, it's not WOW but it's good.
The hotel staff service are excellent and they have a few of restaurant serves variety of cuisines, chinese, italian, indian, cafe with light food, and a BAR lounge. As a business traveller and seldom go out after work Grand Hyatt Mumbai will be my priority selection.
As expected, Hyatt is good and is also cheap in Mumbai”
Everything about the Hyatt in Mumbai is good as expected except one issue which management said they are looking into: If you want to connect to wifi, you have to create a password and use that password for other devices. The password would not work on my 2nd device and the only instructions given were "contact reception." This is odd because in 2019 any other website or system allows you to reset a password. Reception then has to call IT, and on that night, many transfer to IT went unanswered or I was promised a call back in 5 minutes. I never received any calls back and did not get internet on my laptop until the next day. This isn't a ground staff issue: It's an issue with the software and password process, and it's an issue with the IT staff the Hyatt uses.
Ask for a room near the elevator as sone aren't operational.”
Our experience at Grand Hyatt was smooth, right from the check-in process to check-out. The young man at the Front Desk at the time of my check-in at 2pm on 29th Jan was extremely affable and genuine in his efforts to give us the best room with a view even if it took a few minutes longer to find one. The breakfast haunt, Fifty Five East, had a decent spread of breads, cakes, pies, waffles, eggs, cold cuts, Indian fare, grilled veggies, cereal, fresh fruits and juices and beverages of course. The service was quick and accurate. Our dining experience at China House Lounge on the night of 30th Jan was relaxing to say the least, what with the ambient restaurant decor and the niche privacy of our table seating. The veggies-stuffed wontons in broth was a perfect choice as it served as a combo between an appetiser-cum-soup. Served in fine ceramic ware, chopsticks et al, and accompanying sauces (chilli flakes, sweet chilli, soya & chilli oil) the wontons went down like silk. When we weren't eating, we were busy sipping hot jasmine tea from an eye-catching silver kettle. We enjoyed first-rate, personalised service by the chef, server & captain of China House Lounge. As seafood is our favourite, we were recommended a main fare of wok-tossed xo prawns. The prawns were soft yet crunchy, nicely done without much ado. The accompanying saucy base allowed it to pair well with fragrant jasmine rice which made it a wholesome meal. it was interesting to check out a peking duck slow-roasting in the furnace and enjoyed an outdoor tete-a-tete in the China garden. Our experience at Celini, the Italian restaurant, was a dream. Chef Nishad not only dished out a delicious burrata salad but itsimpecaable presentation made it memorable. His pasta in creamy sauce was flavoursome, and the garlic toasted bread & buns made it a wholesome main course. Coupled with a margarita cocktail with tequila & triple sec liqueur, this was the perfect drink to fuse with Italian cuisine. The servers i

Good 5 star hotel ”
We had a very good stay at Grand Hyatt. It was centrally located near airport, international 5 star standard, so everything was very clean. Rooms were new and modern, very clean. We upgraded to club floor and duty manager Mr. Rajesh Paliwal was very good to us. His service was impeccable. We has some internet issues but was finally sorted out with placing a router in our room just for us. Mr. Rajesh also extended our check out time to 7pm as we had a 1am departure that night. It really made a difference to our stay at the hotel when they people there actually cared enough to help us out in every way possible. Great service all in all. I will definitely god back again!
Great Hotel, friendly staff, location a bit out of”
Grand Hyatt Mumbai meets to the standard of other Hyatt hotels. The staff is always smiling, friendly and ready to help. Good choice of restaurants & in room menu has a good selection. The only slight drawback was the location which is a bit out of the central areas & with the Mumbai traffic can be frustrating .
Good Hotel, Satisfactory Service & Facilities”
1) I liked the services in the Indian restaurant. They paid detailed attention to our dining needs and 1 of the staff even packed some "Papadum" (Indian crackers) for me to eat on my flight back to SG! 2) I can't say the same for the Italian restaurant when I was entertaining my Korean clients. They seemed to pay more attention to "Caucasians" & "Other Foreigners". 3) The front office staff was kind enough to upgrade me to club floor as they I am a lady travelling alone for the 1st time in Mumbai. 4) Only Cons of staying in any hotels in India is the NOISY in-house guests. Heard that most Indians start their dinner after 9.30pm & they would party until 3-4am in the morning! They would bang their room doors & make jokes along the corrider which is a huge irritant! Wish Grand Hyat has a butler in every club floor to ask these guests to quiet down!
The best hotel I stayed so far”
The room was super excellent, stayed in many five stars till date, including other hayatt, by far this was the best. Staff performance was excellent. they even waive off the charges for minibar. Room was quite and luxurious. Bathroom was very big, and fast internet. hotel is located in a quite area near the airport and university of mumbai. plenty of ATMs and shops inside the complex. for those who are looking for value deals, you need to go out the hotel, just book ola cabs, and go anywhere you want.
Great stay overall”
As the name suggest, the hotel was indeed grand judging by the sheer size of the compound. It was clean, modern and well maintained. Rooms were comfortable and staff members were all readily eager to serve. For proximity to airport, this hotel is not the nearest compared to others just outside but considering it is 10-15min away by car, it is near enough. My only qualm was that it is very far away from the main attractions. The drive down could take more than an hour each way to south Mumbai.
Better for business than tourism”
Perhaps I've been spoilt by my stays in Park Hyatt hotels but overall I was a little disappointed by our stay at the Grand Hyatt. Positive points: room very comfortable, food great, most staff very helpful. Negative points: concierge - only one available so if he is on lunch or helping another guest you're in for a long wait. Housekeeping was not up to scratch - I found a long black hair on our bed in a supposedly clean room (all house-keeping staff I saw were men with short black hair); one room we were in had greasy hair marks on the bed headboard. Communication with them concerning lost and found items was laborious. Front office - when we asked to change rooms it took about two hours of waiting. Distance - close to the airport but count almost an hour to and from South Mumbai. Environment - shampoo and shower products are in little plastic bottles - not very environmentally friendly in this day and age. All in all OK if you're on a business trip and expense account (wifi is payable for example), but not ideal for a tourist.
The Grand Hyatt Hotel is a very well managed hotel. Everything in well manteined, very clean and the staff is helpful and kind. The restaurant choice and quality is at high standard, but expensive. The mornig buffet is wonderful you can really get what you expect and much more.
This is the first time for me to go into Mumbai, India. The hotel have very tight security check every time coming in.Room is big and good facilities. On the last day as our flight at night 11.30pm, we had requested to have late check out since we check in at 11.30pm on the date of arrival as well. They allow us with giving us the facilities of wash and change.. Thanks to Atibs.. While during the wash and change, the facilities staff, Saroya, had given us a great help... I had kept my wedding ring in the bathing cot which used during the wash and change..and i almost lost it and i had totally forgot about it.. when i reliased, run back to teh sauna room, Soraya help me to find back my important ring... then at the restaurant Fifty five restaurant which offer buffet, the captain, and the staff Ronald if i not mistaken have allow us to go in to sit while waiting for the buffet to start. Fantastic service... will definitely stay this good hotel again... ,
I was very satisfied with hotel service. I will recommend to stay at grand Hyatt Hotel to my friends. Staff were very kind, whenever I asked something, they solve the inquiry and problem immediately.
Spacious rooms and top class facilities”
The rooms are clean tidy and spacious, all the facilities provided were top class, food is costly but any 5 star hotel has costly food I have had buffet breakfasts in Trident, Radisson Blu and Grand Hyatt out of which Radisson Blu was the best

THE TITLE IS GOOD! ”
OUR STAY A GRAND HYATT MUMBAI WAS NOT ONLY GREAT BUT, MAGNIFICENT!! ITS ALL THE ABOVE! 5-STAR!1
I stayed at the Grand Hyatt for the first time and it was completely spell bound! I was only there for one night, but i wish i could permanently live there!! The comfort they provide you with is so heart warming! Love the place!
Good Hotel with amazingly courteous staff”
This was my first visit to Mumbai and to any of the Hyatt hotels. I was really delighted to be greeted by extremely courteous and efficient staff. The check-in and check-out was quick. I stayed on 4th floor(not sure if I should be sharing the room number here). The room was clean and nice but the only bummer was network connectivity. I had to step out of the room to make or receive phone calls or use 3G services on my mobile phone. I would definitely like to visit again but would try a room with good network connectivity.
