No wifi washer or dryer included. And will only pass you foot password if you transfer 100sgd. Not worth the price I could have stay in the hotel beside with this price. Floor is dirty upon check in as well

Overall good for family but lack staff support, particularly with lots of luggages. Emergency staircase needs better lightings. No security personnel on patrol in apartment for safety precaution.

Dirty towel, no shampoo,no body wash, no hand soap,No toothpaste and toothbrush provided. Tap is not functioning properly. Heater for shower is insufficient for 4 people usage.

Paid for five pax but there was only 4 beds the tatami bed was dirty and had orange stains and the flushing system does not work properly and the shower temperature was changing from very hot to very cold

Dirty and not friendly environment”
There isn't Wi-Fi available, even though advertised to have. The room was meant for small family, but the hot water is not enough for 4 person. We average 10mins per person, but hot water ran out after 2nd person. We can't change the door pin and also cannot use the deposit box in the room. The host Billy Chin say the deposit box is ONLY MEANT FOR STAFF. Feels unsafe to keep your belongings in the room. Room was dirty, with dead cockroach and sticky floor. The sofa was dusty and also can see dried sticky stains on the sofa. Toilet door was really noisy when opening and closing, always making scary sounds like horror movie. No slippers provided in the room. The unit is kinda spacious, and location is quite convenient.

There isn't WiFi available, even though it was advertised as having free WiFi. The unit was meant for small family, Not enough hot water for 4 person to shower. We average 10 mins per person to shower, and the hot water can't even last until the 3rd person. The toilet door was way too noisy when opening and closing, with scary sound like horror movie. The room was dirty, can see dead cockroach in the room. We can't change the door pin and also cannot use the deposit box in the room. After asking, the host Billy Chin say the deposit box was only for staff use. So it feels unsafe to keep our things in the room when we are outside.

The apartment is quite good in term of size which could accommodate 5 adults comfortably. It’s clean but my family’s complaint is all about the floor which was a bit sticky. Could have been better if they provide slippers since there was no carpet but tiles flooring which is cold in Genting’s weather.
