Superb hotel with great service”
Stayed for 4d3n deluxe suite, other rooms were sold out. car can be parked in front of the room. Excellent. Check in was very fast at 2pm and i emailed the required documents earlier. check out was a breeze too. Room and pool were clean and cleaned daily. Lots of activities and facilities which keep us occupied all day. Breakfast was good with quite vast selection. The staffs were superb. My son left his Jbl speaker and the staffs were able to locate it and will send them to me soon. Thanks to Ms Zaty and housekeeping team. Overall it was a great stay and will definitely stay here again in the future. Please reserve one of those pool villas for me next time.

We spend lots of time in the room and ordered food in as the kids enjoyed the private pool so much. The beds were comfortable too and we had a good rest there. Location easy to get grab to go anywhere too.

Has been our all time favourite resort for past decade. With tip top cleanliness, 2 huge king size beds, swimming pool in our huge room with basic kitchenette, toilet cubicle and shower room separately. Feel blessed when they upgraded our room from Executive to Premium especially after a long drive over and reach in the middle of the night.

Nearest beach from KL, good resort for family trip ”
Don't expect the best sea/ beach to swim but you can try morning sometimes you get clear seawater to swim if you're lucky. Breakfast is basic. Went with aged parents and young children. So thankful for the staff service on buggy efficiency and gently helping us with luggage. My room has been well-maintained and clean.

Our favourite family getaway, been here a few times, friendly staff, indoor pool is very clean & well maintained, breakfast spread is good & we enjoyed the food & environment as the numbers allowed in the restaurant are limited so we were not worried about over crowded. We will definitely come again.

Well-maintained premium water chalet with spacious private pool, and cute little pantry. A bit rusty here and there but it adds to the quaintness of the chalet. Delicious room service food, especially the vegetarian burger and fried bee hoon (the prices are on the high side). However, the breakfast buffet at Roselle Cafe was disappointing, dull and bland.

Great place to go to have a relaxing time away from bustling city. The pool was an extra bonus plus point! We forgotten to bring along our usb adaptor to charge our gadgets, they provided on upon request. Great service provided! Will go again and bring adaptor this time.

Best place with young children and anyone wants to spend relaxing time in their own private pool. Stayed in Grand Lexis Water Chalet unit, the only thing lacking is they don't have microwave in the room. Other than that everything is superb.

Overall stay for 2 nights was a pleasant experience. Room with personal pool access is well-maintained, clean and spacious. Service staff responds very promptly (had access card issues). All staff including security personnels were very polite. However, wifi connection was very slow. Roaming data is much faster. Arcade area can also be improved. Aircon not working makes the place very stuffy and half of the arcade machines are inoperable.

If you expecting private beach, this is not the choice”
The hotel do not have their own private beach, there is a beach side in 2 min walking distance, but not every good water quality. but their Deluxe villa with private pool is so worth for family with young and older children. at lease you can swim once you open your eyes and no time limit!

nice place to stay. Nice seaweed. Kids enjoy swimming in the the private pool in the room. Staff are helpful and friendly. Although the room a bit old, but overall the room cleanliness wise is acceptable. the resort is near to Lukut town area, very convenient.
