Fantastic Location ”
The Grand Lodge was the perfect location to visit Mt. Crested Butte. You are within walking distance of two lifts and then unusual slopes. Also, the town shuttle picks up just a quick walk away. The rooms are a great size and the staff is very friendly.

Awesome spot at a good value.”
The hotel was great, super clean, and comfortable. 2 minute walk to the base area. Awesome pool/hot tub. The only bummer was that house keeping would only leave decaf coffee in the room every morning. Will definitely stay again!

Crested Butte vacation”
The room was clean. Staff were friendly. The amenities (pool, hot tub, dining) were not open due to COVID. I understand that. The room was too hot. Something has to be done. Ceiling and box fans do not keep the room cool during the day. Even when I followed the instructions to keep the room cool during the day it did not work.

Good price, sweet location”
Great location and nice amenities in the room for cooking and storing food. Cheaper than VRBO if you only have a couple people. The pool is nice but the hot tub was broken during our stay.

Scott, Thank you for your review and we are happy to hear you enjoyed your stay and we look forward to welcoming you back to Crested Butte Mountain Resort.
Exceptional”
This is a value. Don't expect fancy, but it's very functional, with an easy location for going into town or exploring the higher areas

Above average”
There’s no air con- and the fan above the bed has broken long enough to collect a full inch of dust on top of the blades. I don’t understand why the bed is so close to the front door in the large suite- you can hear everything going on in the hallway.

The Lodge needs some TLC”
Nice location, but I stayed there primarily due to a discounted price. The facilities are "okay," but the hotel overall is "tired" and needs an update. There were a few things closed, not working in the building that confirmed what I observed in the fairly dated facility. It was okay as I was staying by myself, but this hotel needs an update.

Fantastic base camp.”
I came up for a long weekend to end the season snowboarding at Crested Butte with my older kids. The two king room (one as a comfortable king size Murphy bed) was perfect! During the day we would fold one bed up and out of the way and there was plenty of space. Free parking and room rates left money in my pocket. Small kitchen was practical. Location was amazing very convenient to the slopes, rental shops, bars, all the things that the base offers. And the free bus for the 2 miles into town was great for brunch and dinners and shopping on our down days. Only reason I could not give the amenities a perfect score is due to Covid there was not access to the hotel restaurant (just food to go) or hot tub/pool. We look forward to coming back.

Not worth the money”
Not only did the hotel staff not accommodate my travel dates during a snow storm, this was one of the most expensive trips I’ve ever taken. After paying such a high price for the hotel for two nights with hotel fees and service fees, They charge you even more for the resort fee as you check out. The hotel is definitely not a luxury hotel. When I went the pool, hot tub, and restaurant were closed, but they still charged as if all this stuff were open. I spent $20 on really crappy coffee, a pastry and the worst yogurt at their little grab and go station. Most nice hotels include breakfast and there was no sort of breakfast. Very very very disappointed. The only good thing about this hotel is it’s location but if I would’ve known but If I would have known what I was in for, I would have chosen a cheaper and nicer hotel further away from the Lifts and would have rode the free shuttle.

Super ubytování kousek od sjezdovek”
Velké, prostorné pokoje / apartmány zařízené vším co je potřeba. To nejlepší je ale samotné městečko Crested Butte... :)
