Older hotel ”
The hotel is ok, just older. The room was poorly maintained. The shower did not initially work and the toilet regularly clogged (didn't put tp in toilet) the room was also very poorly lit. I know covid has been tough but this would have been the best period for maintenance

Grand Lord Boutique? Hotel”
The management is dedicated to energy savings as there was no air conditioning or lights on the lobby area. A majestic facility in its time perhaps some time ago. Clubhouse sandwich took 1 hour to prepare and consisted of bread, egg and ham, a minimalist approach to a Clubhouse sandwich. Not sure what Boutique refers to unless it is a reference to the lack of guests, we saw 3 other people during our stay. Lengthy walk from Seacon Square Mall and taxis don't want to give you a ride back because it is not worth their time. Don't book an ODD numbered room, they are along the busy street and very noisy.

5* Luxury at a fraction of the usual price”
My first visit to Thailand along with my girlfriend so I was looking for a hotel nearby to the Airport with good access into both Bangkok and Pataya. I found: The Grand Lord Boutique Hotel and made a payment online as I had nobody to confirm the quality of Thai hotels I was reluctant to spend big. After a very modest payment (2500baht) per night I was unsure quite how the hotel will be in real life but as soon as the taxi pulled into the grounds I was truly impressed. Only a 150baht ride to the hotel from the airport, the Hotel was good to look at from the outside and as I entered the lobby, the details and designs were beautiful and screamed luxury. Check-in was quick and the reception very friendly and we were led to our room. Our room was very spacious again with high quality furnitures and beautiful designs, a giant bed, bathroom with bath and shower and hot and cold waters. The next morning the staff assisted us in the best way to a local shopping mall and restaurants and advised us of the approximate taxi cost and to ensure the driver switches on the meter as it will be much cheaper. They also provided us with a thai translation for the address and location of the hotel to show the taxi drivers so we could return without issues. After a late return we watched a movie on the flatscreen tv in our room and slept well through the night waking a little late the next morning. As we finished to shower and arrive at the rooftop balcony restaurant for breakfast, we were in fact a little late but the staff were very nice and seated us and brought us coffee and juice whilst they prepared fresh toast, fruits, sausage eggs and hams. The whole staff from reception to waiters, busboys carrying bags to and from the room and fetching taxis were always available for us to query the best places to visit, best ways to transport around and approximate costs, they were always extremely respectful, helpful and polite. Cheap but perfect Thank-you and see you again soon

I feel bad about giving the hotel a bad review because the reception staff was very helpful and did a great job. I needed an airport hotel for my final night in Thailand and Grand Lord filled this need. My cab was waiting for me at the given time (5:15AM). The location was perfect, less then 10 mins that morning and the cab ride was 350 bht. The bed was comfortable, the sheets fresh and pillows soft. The bathroom was clean and the shower pressure was good. The cons: The hall smelled bad. The smell was a mixture of smoke and air freshener. The restaurant didn't have the first 3 things I tried to order. The spring rolls were greasy. I wanted a drink but no vodka, no tonic, no soda, no gin, the white wine was awful. Whiskey or rum were my choices. I left before breakfast (started at 6am)so maybe that was their speciality. My room faced the main road which was noisy with traffic all night. I could hear people in the hall but fortunately the group went to their rooms quickly. The internet was not free. My first hour the signal was weak so I had to buy another hour. ( not expensive but this was the first hotel during my trip that charged for internet.) I guess you get what you pay for. t

This hotel location very far from City and No One know this hotel location so that when i take taxi Taxi driver hardly find this hotel location every times. And alos This hotel don't have English TV chanel so that i only had to watching Thai language TV. Alos I pay money through Agoda But thy ask me payment agian so that we had to fight wheni check out

Great hotel but location is not so good”
Over all it was very comfortable with friendly staff and clean room, except it was slightly difficult to adjust cold & hot water on shower. There are not much within walking distance, should have convenient store nearby or sell some drinks & snacks in hotel.

The room cahrge is cheaper if we compare with the room charge and room space. But the location is far from Bangkok central area. And can't find any store ard this hotel . But there is a night club just beside this hotel you can go by walk.

I stay here on my last few days and n Thailand just to be closer to the airport and not have to worry about traffic. It’s I nice place to stay shopping center is about 1 km from the hotel. The pool is okay small and the fitness center is only a treadmill and a cable weight set. Breakfast buffet was very limited but if you’re okay with that this is a great place to stay

the room is like a five star hotel room, it is clean and newly renovated. however the lobby is a bit small. and the gym room and the swimming pool are not ready for use. the staff are nice and with food smile. the location is not bad. it is near the shopping mall paradise, and also not far from the airport.

The first room they put me in the bathroom smelled badly of mold. The second room was fine, except the street noise kept me up all night. Cars and motorcycles revving their engines. Room service was quick, but a joke. They argued about the menu and the food was below average. This is not a boutique hotel. They offer no services. You have to go 10 minutes away for any boutique service. Also the entire street is under construction for blocks. Nothing here to see but car dealerships and car repair shops.
