Very friendly staff, good breakfast. Room was clean and spacious. Just opposite the hotel is a good nice restaurant. Hotel was quiet and I did sleep very well there.

A nice restaurant is just oposide the hotel. Breafast is good and with a really big choice of everything. You will need some kind of transport to get around - but taxies are cheap enough in Pontianak.

Delicious and fresh breakfast with reasonable price. Room 820, toilet lock needs replacing, called the staff at midnight as it cannot be opened, come immediately. The window and the frame need cleaning. The rest are good.

Very poor upkeep”
Despite the poor ratings, I chose this hotel to experience for myself whether it’s really that bad or not? Indeed, it was. It’s just unbelievable because the lobby looks very grand and the staffs were super friendly and helpful. We requested for a change of room after the first night as it’s unbearable. Below the sink was leaking after use, water flow after a shower was bad, unable to lock bathroom door, air con was not functioning well, sound from the fridge and smoking smell in the morning though I requested for a non-smoking room. This hotel really needs better maintenance/upkeep for its rooms. It’s such a waste to have a grand and gorgeous lobby but the rooms are disappointing.

A big and grand hotel. There is a piano for customer to play the piano if you want, just near the kitchen. There is a grand room with some antique display on the wall for customers to take photos. Hotel restaurant offer 24-hour service. Food was quiet delicious for my first night. However the next morning breakfast was a bit disappointed. Some food was not as fresh. As a whole the environment is good, quiet and peaceful.

I had a wonderful stay in Pontianak. Although the road condition from Entikong to Pontianak need some facelift but that does not matter because the the hotel that I stayed for 2 nights was great. Good braekfast and nice staff as well.

This hotel is located in walking distance from Gajah Mada street. Also the souvenir location is around the corner as well as a Mall if you need to buy some things. Hotel food was not bad at all for the price. The breakfast was good and the breakfast chef was helpful. Other Staffs are helpful and friendly, I didn't find any problem at all with the service in this hotel. There was late night karaoke around the hotel with some guests who couldn't sing. Other than that, I don't mind this hotel. I would go back to this hotel.

Good Hotel Room but Maintenance Should Be Constantly Monitored ”
The hotel has just been newly renovated as all rooms are very new and clean. However the room we've checked into doesn't seem to have a working air conditional. It was blowing out warm air and we had to change to a smaller room. The restaurant at the ground floor seem to have a funky smell but other than that i have no complains. Very friendly and helpful receptionist. :)

An extremely overpriced hotel compared to its competitors. Payed to discoverd that i was checked in into a very old and unrefurbished 4 star hotel. The lobby area was a hit and missed everywhere with undone paint on ceiling,with an old fashion looking reception area. No one was in the reception upon check in and I have to yelled the staff out from their hideout. All and all, it wasn't a good option to stay whilst you are in Pontianak. Stay elsewhere for the same price for a much better service and quality...

Reasonable stay in Pontianak”
Hotel seems to be little old hotel, but basic facility is acceptable. Located within 10 minutes distance from Matahari supermarket, sovenior shop street. a couple of local restaurant near by. Also walking distance to riverside park. Breakfast is fair for price to this level of hotel, quiet environment except 4:30 morning muslim pray.

Great location, as the hotel were used for wedding ceremonies. So, it make the easiest access to the ceremonies, and still could be relaxed in the room without any disturbance of music and crowds from the ceremony.
