The friendly and quick reception coincided with me bringing my 8-month-old baby, so I had to carry him while checking in, which felt a bit troublesome, but the front office staff immediately helped me check in quickly (thank you). I got a room on the fifth floor. It's just a shame that it's quite far from the elevator. It was a bit inconvenient to carry the baby and his supplies when the room is a bit far away. Inside the room, all the equipment works well. I really liked the layout of this hotel with its fish pond, swimming pool, and lush trees. The lobby is spacious too. In the morning, I had breakfast at the restaurant and I was happy with the delicious and quite varied dishes; I also liked that there were gluten-free cakes. My experience of vacationing here for the first time was very satisfying. I hope it becomes even more successful and extraordinary... and hopefully next time when I stay here I can get a room closer to the elevator. 😁 Thank you. Best Regards.

I've found my room too many damage, door handle broken, phone not working, cover lamp broken, blinking wardrobe lamp, no bathrobe, and AC not working properly. But their staff was very helpful about my concern, their Eng staff justless than 10 minutes come up to the room to fix it all and the duty manager initiative to change my rooms to the most comfortable one. Thanks to raise my concern and during that time we celebrated family time and your staff help is the most remarkable for us

Sarapan lumayan banyak variasi, cuma harusnya Bintang 5 bisa lebih lagi ya, anak2 usia >6 -12 thn kena charge 125rb. Kolam renang air hangat, cuma pas pagi-siang kurang hangat bgt. Ukuran ga terlalu besar jg. Ada kids club, gym meskipun ga terlalu besar. Ada permainan anak2 outdoor jg, jd anak2 bisa explore, cuma minusnya tempatnya kurang luas, ky numpuk smua di 1 area. Ruang ganti renang sebetulnya ok, cuma harus hati2 krn harus naik turun tangga & kondisi lantai selalu basah. Over all ok ya, pasti jd pertimbangan mau stay disini lagi.

The service was very quick during check-in and good; I arrived almost at 6 PM and received a free room upgrade as well as permission for a late check-out until 1 PM. Even though I arrived at 6 PM, there was still time for my child to swim because the pool water was all warm, especially in the children's pool. My child thoroughly enjoyed swimming, even if it was just for a moment because it was drizzling at that time. After showering, my child immediately wanted to go to the kids club because we could see the play area from the pool. There was also a PS, so my child played happily. I didn't try the breakfast because I wanted to rest longer, so I can't provide a review on that. However, the room was clean, and the space was quite spacious. And the bathroom smelled nice. The amenities were also quite complete. There was a welcome drink with choices of coffee, tea, and fruit punch that was quite delicious. However, it couldn't be taken away. The parking area was also quite spacious and easy to access. Overall, I am satisfied with this hotel. Next time if I go to Bandung, I will stay here again because my child was also very happy.
